      I tried contacting this location was placed on hold immediately 38 minutes and still no one came back to assist me at all. Two years ago my husband and I adopted his niece and nephew and we opened bank accounts at Regions. My niece never had a bank account nor a credit card but she was approved with Regions back in March and still has not received her card. She has been in the bank for assistance and she keeps on being told two more weeks. So I got involved as a parent should do but the manager Andrea Mann was the rudest I’ve ever had to deal with at Regions. I am not sure her reasons but she treated me like was a nobody maybe my gayness offended her who knows!

      I went there today and there was one car in front of me. When I pulled up I was the only customer. I told the lady what I wanted and she said I needed a photo ID. I had it in my hand. She walked away from the window and I drove off. I know Regions ca do better than this!

      Going out of country wanted a now card almost 3 weeks later still does not work. They never checked that the name on my social was not the same as what they entered.mass confusion! I would never recommend this so called bank to anyone.

      On of the slowest banks around they need to get more help at the window. It's upsetting when you see the manger standing around and the drive thru is packed and you sit in line for over 30 min just to be waited on and then another 15 min just to get your order done. And there is only one window service worker. The drive is to be fast and quick not slow maybe not put a new worker at the window. Get some faster help if your not gonna do that have the manger help people out to get it moving!!!!!!! I have a time limit for me to be at the bank for my job as well!!!!

      Don't even waste your time with this bank, can't cash checks takes 4 days to even think about accessing money you deposi . They randomly lock your card because you bought something they don't agree with, simple solution find a better bank this one isn't a bank.

      I opened an EAccess account a week ago. I figured this would be the best account because I use my debit card mostly and I do online bill pay and online shopping. I waited on my debit card and when it hadn't arrived, I called Regions and I was told that I had to REQUEST a DEBIT CARD when I made my initial deposit at the bank. I'm surprised that the teller did NOT ASK ME if I wanted to order a debit card. I've NEVER had to request a debit card at any other bank that I've had an account. The bank closes early (4:00)and i was told that I'm unable to order a debit card over the phone. So far, I'm not impressed with Regions.

      I was forced to select one star. The most INCOMPETENT bunch of people. I made a withdrawal from the drive-up window and found out later that the teller withdrew the money from someone else's account. Not only was that person's account number completely different we didn't have one number the same. I have been told three different stories on how it happened and it happened by the way of an intern. Point fingers and shift blame...no team there. Rich (branch manager) is of no help and I see why this branch is in the shape it's in. Brittany Golden (Branch Team Leader) has emailed me and never followed up. I will no longer bank with Regions. What a bunch of idiots. This has caused a lot of issues over the past four months.

      Worst bank ever . Absolutely no customer service . Oliver Michael Fitzpatrick Assistant Manager at this branch has the worst attitude ever . I have 6 company accounts and 3 merchant accounts with regions and I am shutting all down. All business owners stay away from Regions bank Little Rock . Both branches are just horrible .

      The slowest bank. I have been waiting in the drive thru for an hour and still haven’t spoke to a teller. Don’t stop at this bank if at all possible.

      Teller was extremely rude, tried to cash a check and every other time I've cashed them it was available right then. She told me it wouldn't be available until midnight and i could go to another regions if I didn't like that. Will not be going back to this location
