  David is so helpful and patient lol. A while back I messaged him about some questions I had regarding the sale of a newly constructed home I was unhappy with. He guided us through what would happen if we did, informed us about what the tax problem would be, and advised us to stick it out two years and that it would even have appraised some by then so it would be even better. Nothing felt rushed, pressured, or like we were bothering him w our questions. Amazing person.

  David and Tasha were recommended to us by multiple people in a local Facebook group. We were moving from Washington to California and were a bit overwhelmed with where to start since we were both selling for the first time and trying to move at the same time. Not only did they help us find and close on our dream home in Cali, they also helped us find a great realtor in WA to help us sell our home. Because they helped us both as a realtor and with our loan, they worked it out so we were able to close on our new home just one day after closing the sale of our old home. Not only that, they were very knowledgeable and they were happy to answer all of our questions, and eased all of our concerns about the process. We highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
