  Been with bank of America for over 6 years..not a good bank.. no room here for all the reasons. One time I had a teller ask me if I normally have this much money I'm my account in front of customers and to top that off another teller decided to stop helping his customer to come peek at my account how professional.

  I've been with Bank of America for 12 years but they haven't been helpful to me for awhile. Now, I'm going to close my account and find a new Bank.

  banked with them for 14 years and never will again!! called before three trying to transfer got put through to closed department! called back and was on hold another 45 minutes to only fine out that there digital secure sign wasn't working and i needed to go into the bank that just closed at 4. it was 4:04 by the time i found this out. so now i am at risk of loosing house deal because they don't communicate between department and don't even keep regulars bank hours anymore. your a failure of a bank if you don't let your customer access funds during normal hours!!!!

  Bank does not care customer service. I would give zero stars. Go to other bank of you need change.

  Lost my card, walked into a fully open branch, but they wouldn’t see me for 2 hrs for a temporary replacement card. Mgr wasn’t helping anyone, only one personal banker helping people and two tellers. Line had over 12 people but they didn’t care. Bigger branch too, so I would expect more people on staff, on a Friday no less. Smh. Guess I will be changing banks. Not like they care

  There's only ever one teller in the morning and always 7+ people in line waiting. I've never seen more than two tellers on at a time. Have to do anything here before 12pm??? Forget about it. You'll be waiting for a half hour just to make a deposit. I work for a business and can hardly ever get us change when we need it because of the long wait time.

  Worst branch ever! They always have one person working the window while there is a line that leads out the door. Not an over exaggeration either, once you get to the window the teller is either rude, moody or just over it. Then they project their emotions and feelings onto the customer. You ask if they have additional staff they get snippy with you. I'm sure they are doing the best they can right? I think not. Customer service is always top priority, but not here! Stay away from here and go elsewhere.

  I love bank of America been with them for years . Yes the line here is a bit long at times but what good bank doesn't have a long line . They have helped me out when I lost my dad and then again when we came down with covid. I love this bank

  Highly encourage to make appointments through the Banking Application via the Bank of America Mobile App. Also, if there are account questions call on the back of the BOA card to get immediate response. This is a very busy Banking center and the line can lead out the door. Try to come in between 9-11am or before 2pm..seems to be really quite and no wait times.. Highly encourage to open bank accounts and to use the ATM to make direct deposits to avoid long wait times..if you have questions on reversing fees or addressing fraud call on the back of your card because staff is limited to reversal or they will put you in office to call support team..
