  Wisconsin Mortgage has shown no transparency and has been disorganized throughout this entire process. They wasted months of time that could have been used to handle issues. Save yourself the time, money, work, and stress - by not dealing with this absolute sham of a mortgage broker. We have missed two closing dates over nearly two months since the seller accepted my offer on April 20th. I am now on the verge of having my family, including children and pets and I - becoming homeless July 1st. Kelly Orlando as well as her boss Pat Gosa both came up with excuses and diversions every step of the way. They have not acted with accountability and have not taken responsibility for their role in this absolute catastrophe. A few examples follow. Kelly emailed at 8:30pm - 2 business days before the second closing date to finally notify me for the first time that I needed a well and water test. On the afternoon of the second closing, after already missing it - Pat told me on the phone that we just need the septic test to be able to close. The well needs to be brought above ground, and the contractor is booked out a few months, which was communicated a week or more ago. Last night (June 9th) Kelly said we can just do a repair escrow account and close. This morning she texted at 7:40am to say the escrow isn't an option because it will take too long. I called Pat to ask how long we would have for an escrow, to which he avoided and then came up with 2 more requirements that were never mentioned before - for a shared well and a shared driveway agreement.

  Very very unprofessional service. Had me thinking after 3 weeks of getting an accepted offer and even a mortgage approval that every thing was good. 3 days before closing and all of a sudden one of my proof of income documents wasn't good enough and they screwed up my whole chance at the home and even blamed me for the problem when it was their negligence all along. Such a shame.

  My recent refinance was a very poor experience and I would not recommend Wisconsin Mortgage to anyone who values clear, consistent communication. The team burned through a lot of my timeline at the beginning of the process, which limited my options as I got closer to my due date. They also were consistently incorrect on important details and did not meet a single commitment they made to me as far as communications and follow up. Over the two months I worked with them, I heard a lot of excuses and saw very little action. We eventually got the refi done under the wire but the process was a lot more stressful than it needed to be and I had to put up way more cash than if I would have if I went with a more responsive and customer-focused mortgage services firm.

  Poor experience with WM .It took almost two weeks after accepted offer and appraisal completed to let me know my loan cannot be approved on reasons which next lender (Movement Mortgage) tackled without a hitch.WM did not cooperate in supplying my new lender with the appraisal which I paid for and there I lost $400-$600. Pleasant people ,however ,dealing with complexity isn’t their forte and I truly regret time wasted with them.

  I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with Wisconsin Mortgage! As a real estate agent, I have had numerous buyers use Amy Canada and Lane Sharpe and have had zero hiccups in our transactions. They treat my clients like gold, answering questions at all times of day, seeking strategies and programs that best suite each clients needs. They've stepped in and rescued a few deals that other lenders claimed they couldn't close last minute. I HIGHLY recommend Wisconsin Mortgage...and I walk the talk...Amy Canada was the loan officer on my own personal home. They're excellent!

  A Good mortgage company to work with. Supplying loan officers with needed paperwork gets you loan approval that much sooner. This will make meeting contingencies easier. Amy Canada & Lane Sharp have assisted family members and clients alike in a professional manner. Any situations were dealt with in a timely manner and went to Closing on time.

  After being denied by a different company, my realtor recommended Lane Sharpe and said, "He'll get the job done." Well, he approached the application from a different angle than the previous lender and we were able to get our mortgage on time with no problem. Lane and his team were responsive and helpful, answering all my questions. I have confidence they will do whatever it takes to help people get their mortgages.

  I have used Wisconsin Mortgage for two purchases and several refinances. The process has always been simple and efficient. I worked with loan officers Amy Canada and Lane Sharpe. They are very responsive, and explained exactly what I needed to do to make sure I closed on time. I wouldn't use anyone else.
