  This was really a great place to sign our closing documents. The place is really upscale and looks great. The people were all very friendly and they moved through the entire process quickly. Had a great experience here at Prism Title.

  Purchased a house with my fiancé in June 2021. The sellers were in the room with us during our signing and the title company had announced how much our mortgage was. It was embarrassing as my fiancé works with the seller. Therefore, he and his wife know how much our mortgage is and if they did the math, know how much our downpayment was. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. It's very unprofessional and unnecessary. I will never work with this company again, nor will I recommend them.

  Great experience with Prism Title, I was able to work with Bob and Jj. It was a very Easy and smooth process of closing. The team was very helpful and lots of attention to detail. They were very flexible as they came to my client on Closing day! I am Looking forward to working with them again!

  Prism has been fantastic to work with! They are responsive, professional, and go the extra mile to make sure closings happen on schedule! And during the closing process, they take time to explain what the client is signing and why, and add a personal touch.

  Bob is great to work with and JJ helped make our closing very smooth. Had questions that Ali and Drew got answered right away - super nice and both VERY “smart”. Nicole Stritesky is the big boss there. She runs a great company and makes Prism the best title company I’ve ever used.

  Prism title with JJ, Nikki, Drew, Shannon and the rest of the employees there strive to make everyone feel welcome & taken care of. Even though they’re extremely busy, they always take the time to take my call to answer my questions. Errors are handled quickly and without attitude. I never feel like I’m over stepping or asking dumb questions.
