  The lady was so rude she kicked me out of the store! After they charged me 2x in one week! They paid the nsf fee but refused to gice me my money back or change my pay schedule without a refinance. The lady tried telling me I had no choice but to refinance. She straight out lied to me. I calmly explained that was a lie and she got made at me! Nwver again! Complained to corporate as I had been a customer for over 2 years! Still waiting to hear from them! Horrible customer service I will never go back. I paid off my loan in full today!
