  I was approved for a loan and they wanted to send out checks to creditors instead of giving me the personal loan and once I escalated the issue, I got the run around. Instead of me just getting the personal loan I applied for, they are making me wait for a supervisor to return my call. They clearly don't care about getting loans for people who are willing to pay them back. Levi was extremely unprofessional and told me to have a great day and let me walk.

  My husband and I have gone through World Finance for several years and they are such wonderful people to work with. I wouldn't go through no one else. Very kind and are willing to help out if they can.

  I tried to use the automated phone number to make my payment and it kept having up on me. Thought it was something that day going wrong so I tried again next day, same thing. Going to try and call today to my local branch to make my payment. My local branch isn't open on Sat or sun. Wouldn't recommend it unless you can walk in and pay your monthly payment, that way it's fine.

  My wife and I have had a loan account for about 2 years now. I have always found their customer service to be very good. They've worked with us when we had trouble making our payments. The only drawback is that they require you to list some collateral. Most lenders don't do that. But I would recommend them above payday loans.

  I applied for an emergency loan to help take care of some home repairs. The process was quick and simple. They really helped me out when I needed it and I am so grateful.

  They constantly call you everyday and also expect you to do the same high interest rates do not recommend they also report you to the credit agencies before you even default do not go to this company!!!!

  They want 7 references OMG ur not borrowing 1 million dollars Dont waste your time I called the number listed below spoke to a gentlemen who handles complaints he said give him 2 days and they will be in contact with us. Well the time has came and passed and that never happened so my one star and not work with these people still stands
