  Really clean inside and knowledgeable staff for quick precise transaction. I always suggest to everyone to schedule an appointment online. The 3 lane drive through is extremely convenient even though one just an extremely useful ATM.

  I've been banking with Wings for many years and recommend them when ever I get the chance. I especially appreciated how easy it was to refinance a car a few years ago. This specific branch location is convenient and wait times are only long during peak times like lunch breaks and right after work.

  I just want to say how extremely appreciative I am of the service I received here and with Wings in general. It's been nothing short of a hard year, I know for a lot of people. When there was an issue with my loan and I went in today to try and figure it out Cathy did everything in her power to help me and even followed up on additional options for me after I left. Cathy went above and beyond to try and look into everything she could to help me, and was a saving grace through this. With the deepest gratitude and sincerity I can say Cathy thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really made my day and I hope you know how much you're appreciated. If anyone is ever looking to switch financial institutions I've always been a die hard wings financial fan since I made the switch myself, and I've never regretted looking back. Today just reaffirmed my gratitude for their support and decision to switch all thanks to Cathy. You are one of the most professional, genuine, caring, people and along with your amazing team at Wings you can't be beat! Cathy please let your boss know that you deserve a raise and an outstanding ovation for your dedication to helping me with my issue today.   Wings protocol for covid has made it nearly impossible to make loan payments or talk with an employee. This week I have made 5 attempts to make to a teller in the drive through. I arrived at 7:15am on Tuesday to find the drive closed and other mornings and lunches to find very long lines. I don’t see these lines at other credit unions. I understand safety at this time, but many others businesses are finding ways to get it done. We are months into this now and Wings is still operating as of it was March. I was able to pay my loan online, but had to pay a surcharge. This is very disappointing. Maybe get rid of the surcharge as a covid protocol? This could help with the congestion.

  My fiancé and I were recently assisted at the Columbia Heights branch by Matt Lund. He helped us refinance an auto loan and he made the process extremely easy for us. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. If we need financial assistance in the future, we will absolutely trust Matt to help us again!

  Kim did a great job helping me get a vehicle loan, and Matt was great at answering questions and getting all of the paperwork through efficiently and quickly. I took delivery of the car on Friday. Thanks!

  I came to this location to take out a car loan. I made it very clear to them that I need to get the loan processed as quickly as possible because I rely on a car to get to work every day. I went into the bank 3 different times to check on the processing of my loan. Each time I went in, they told me their manager wasn't working that day so my loan couldn't be processed. I've been very frustrated with, what seems to be, the lack of management. This process has caused me lots of problems over the past couple of weeks with my job, and I am still waiting on my loan. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
