  I've banked with others credit unions and banks including wf and tcf. This bank is by far the best I've dealt with I recently refinanced my loan through Rich and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He went above and beyond to make it easy for me and also got me a great rate and saved me over 1500$on my service contract! Nicole and every one at this bank are great happy and working hard to serve all the members in a efficient way!

  I think that you have struck gold hiring Nicole at the Columbia Heights location! She has an awesome attitude. Excellent customer service with a smile! To be honest I was thinking of leaving until she was hired. She makes you feel important!

  My husband and I traded in our RV for another and we needed to roll our loan balance to include the new RV. We could not believe how unaccommodating the dealers and online banks were, especially since we had nearly perfect FICA scores. Because our first loan was placed by a previous RV dealer it didn't occur to us to simply call Financial One first and ask about obtaining a second loan with them. We are so glad we did! We worked with Rich Johnson in the Columbia Heights office. He was kind, helpful, and he bent over backwards to make the process as quick and painless as possible. The rate was better than we could get anywhere else, including online. It was a real pleasure working with him. We highly recommend Financial One.

  I love this location. The staff always go way out of their way to help me. They are always friendly, courteous and polite. Also they have very quick service! Every time I need something it’s been a smooth transaction. The online banking is very easy to use as well. Overall a great credit union!! I would recommend them to friends and family looking to switch Credit Unions. Keep up the great work guys!

  I originally wrote a very bad review of this Financial One location. However, a day after I wrote my review, I was contacted by a manager/supervisor from the Columbia Heights location who was very apologetic for the service I had encountered. He was so nice and seemed to genuially care about the kind of customer service that Financial One was providing. I told him that I would try this branch again (rather than driving out of my way to the Coon Rapids branch), and amend my review after seeing if the experience of going to this branch had improved. I went to the Columbia Heights branch a couple days ago, and it was a major difference than all the previous trips. This time, I was greeted upon walking in (whereas before I was not acknowledged at all). I was attended by a very friendly teller, who was professional, personable and very friendly. This was a total difference than the previous service. So I have adjusted my review to reflect the new, good customer service. I also really appreciate that the manager/supervisor personally called me and spoke to me about my experiences and was genuinely interested in rectifying the situation. I will no longer avoid coming to this branch.
