Aleah Godbott1I used to have no issues with this Credit Union. Lately, it's been nothing but. I'm always getting locked out of my account on the app (for whatever reason) and when I enter my information to reset my password in attempt to get back in, it tells me it can't verify my information. Every single time. I have now gone since Thursday 10/7 without checking my bank account. I'm always stuck on hold for 20 plus minutes before actually talking to someone, I'm just done with the random inconveniences that keep happening.

If you're still having password issues and you're using a generator, it's possible that it's generating unaccepted characters. swani swanigan1Guys, I had the worst experience ever at the Wings Credit Union located inside of Detroit Metro Airport. I mean it was REALLY horrible. I was approved for an auto loan via the phone and one of the stipulations of the loan was to acquire membership at the credit union, which for most people, including myself , would be no big deal, only it was a big deal. When I went inside of the Wings Credit Union at the airport, the representative assisting me was very unkind, very loud and very disrespectful of my privacy. The moment I informed the credit union representative Kathy, I was there to open an account to meet the requirements of my loan approval, her whole demeanor changed. She became very critical and very cross. Although I had already given the loan processor all of my financial and residential information over the phone as well as emailed the loan processor supporting documents, it was almost like Ms. Kathy didn’t believe the information she saw written on the computer screen because she started asking me who I live with, and who purchased my house and who pays my bills etcera...etcera??? She asked me if I was the person that applied for the loan and to show her my identification. I gave her my license and she began questioning my age...meanwhile, the whole time she is interrogating me she is speaking in a very stern tone and speaking VERY loudly, I stopped her several times and asked her if we were alone and I told her I did not want any one to hear my personal information and although she said okay she never lower her voice. I was unable to see if we were alone in the credit union because of the way it was set up,; it was a big open room with a darkly tinted partition. Since I was not able to see behind me and Kathy could, I asked her to make sure we were alone because she was shouting out my social security number and the date of birth written on my identification along with my address and my credit score. Ms.Kathy said we were alone , but we were NOT. As it turns out the representative, Kathy, refused to open my account because I didn’t have a “utility bill on my person” and as I got up to leave , I learned someone was sitting there the entire time listening. I have no clue why the membership representative was behaving sooo poorly, she made me feel like I had stolen someone’s identity or robbed a bank or something. Guys she even called the loan processor while I was sitting there to make sure my account information was legitimate. I will NEVER go back to that particular Wings Credit Union again Kathy was sooooo horrible. Oddly enough, after I recovered from all the interrogation and embarrassment Kathy put me through, I went to the Wings Credit Union on Wayne Road. Purposely, I did not say a word about my experience at the Metro Airport location because I wanted to see how the customer service at the Wayne road branch would be and it was NOTHING like that... I wasn’t interrogated... no one was asking me who pays my bills or screaming out my private information or treating me like I hacked the computer system at the credit union and created a fake loan approval. I had a WONDERFUL experience with the membership representative, Tana Ludwig. She was kind, professional and very discreet with my personal information. Most importantly, I successfully satisfied the loan requirement,

JF Jones3A bit slow to help members add people or open accounts. A 35 to 45 minute wait seems excessive when there is no one in the lobby. The tellers are quick and friendly.
