      Transferring from a Credit Union that seems to have made it their business to be inconvenient, I am overjoyed with the service, professionalism, courtesy and perks! I have taken advantage of an offer to confer with a financial advisor (free of charge), have had the opportunity to personally thank the young man who set up my accounts online and by phone, and have been repeatedly amazed by the friendliness of ALL of the staff. I made a good move. Recommend HIGHLY!

      SO FAR SO GOOD.... IF YOU NEED A LOAN AND HAVE FAIR/GOOD CREDIT. I see a-lot of bad reviews about this bank and this branch but honestly i say the opposite. Im not a member but i did get a loan closed here when a-lot of other banks turned me down, and i have fair/good credit. I went and seen "Mian Ahmad" and he got me the loan in 2days. i got a great rate, under good terms. BUT !!! i will say they do not answer DIRECT LINES that well but ehhh, i don't call banks that often anyway.

      This month July 2020, I had two months left on my leased vehicle from Chrysler capital. I saw a Mr. Mian Ahmad about my credit union purchasing my leased vehicle. He bent over backwards to help me aquire this loan. I was able to purchase my leased vehicle with no problem. He took the time to help me. Im satisfied with this credit Union. Been a customer more than 20 yrs.

      Horrible! The tellers need to be retained! So far I've only been helped by one teller (the younger African American man) that has actually helped me PROPERLY. The rest of the tellers have bad attitude, put payroll checks on hold that don't need to be held..... That is never held. If you call about an error after hours they can't help you out if you are just using this location as a service center. Then they will put the blame for their errors on your actual bank branch when it's not their fault! When I go to my actual credit union Everytime it's never a problem. So from now on, even if my actual credit union is further, I will go there! THEY DO NOT ALLOW AFRICAN AMERICAN customers to use the restroom, but everyone is fine to use the restroom. This was told by two Caucasian women (employees) that no public restroom was available, although I stood there and watched them allow two people from other ethnicities use the restroom. So the next time I came in I ask the same thing (out if curiosity), and WALA I was told that I could actually use it that day...... (When the employee working at the welcome desk was African American). So *note-to-self* if you are black, you MAY NOT use their public restroom when Caucasian workers are on duty at the welcome desk!

The experience you have described does not reflect how we do business. We apologize that the high level of service expected from our staff was perceived differently. Our credit union does act as a shared branch location with the goal of assisting nonmembers in a more geographically convenient manner, but cannot change the hold requirements placed on behalf of the actual credit union in which a transaction is being done.       Had a car loan from this bank and finished paying it 2 months ago and they still have not sent me my lean release forms!!! I have called 4 times and every time they say they’re going to mail it to me and twice they have said they will email it to me and they have done NOTHING!!! Have yet to get the release forms in the mail or even the email. Horrible bank, won’t ever get a loan or anything else from them. Oh yea, and the month after I paid the loan they still took the payment out!! Granted they refunded it (as they should have) but it should never have been taken out in the first place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      The lady at the desk when you first walk in was rude. I wonder if I came in with a suit would she have yelled across the room to address me. I wonder if she would have treated me with better customer service. It's a shame to have banked with a business for 24 yrs and on this day made me want to close my account.

      Stay far away from public service credit union. Go to consumer affairs to see the real reviews. They Will Not help you " When life happens" as their motto says. Even if you have a good credit score and they can see the amount you direct deposited for 3 years.

      I had a vehicle loan through PSCU. The customer service was horrible so I recently refinanced through a different company. On average, I would be placed on hold for about 30-45 minutes every time I called. I do not recommend this credit union.
