  Jill T.booker will close your account due to racial stereotyping I have used this bank for 2 years now my account is being closed and reported for suspicious activity! I feel that this is because I am a black young girl and being stereotype because I have my money saved up and I have money in my account! I am Hardworking single mom they have now ruined my bank in history and even causing my other account to be frozen with another bank. I have I still never bank with Wilson bank and trust!

  Worst community bank in middle Tennessee. Account was closed without notice, warning, and justifiable cause. Always maintained a positive account balance. Did nothing wrong to have the account closed. It was revealed that this particular financial institution will close an individual's account if it does not like their shopping and spending habits, even if legally sound and suitable. Lending practices are biased. Stay away from this particular financial institution, if all possible. It is not worth the time and hassles.

  This is not a bank that cares about the customers at all no matter what they say. I had charges and other stuff happen to my account. I went in and talked to them. Started the normal process. Well after a few days I get a call and gave all my information on what happen. Got another call 2 days later telling me about how they are going to get video and they will press charges. As I figured they would. Well she followed it up with so if it was really me that did the charges I need to just tell her.... ok well I thought maybe it was just something they have to ask to everyone. After telling her ok I understand but it wasnt me. She let me know that my story throws up red flags. One reason being the places some of the charges took place and she read a few places off... and that I'm on video doing it. Bad part is she read off the wrong places and after correcting her she just said that's what she ment.. (that didnt make me feel confident in the investigation). Along with a few other reasons that went about the same as the one I just mentioned.. so in the end she said "all I'm saying is this doesnt add up and it wouldn't happen like this for a normal person." So now I guess I'm not normal along with when your account gets stolen you better hope it is "picture perfect" otherwise it's to much work to do the job right. So I hired a 3rd party to investigate it and in less then 4 hrs they knew it wasn't me and had about half of it figured out. Now the 3rd party wont pay me back for the charges and I knew that before hiring them. It was more for the fact of finding who did it and to see if my case was even cared about. So before you bank here I wish you luck and hope your account never has a problem.

  The online experience is the worst, and the tech support can not fix their own servers/ website's issues. The alerts are worthless. You get no information on credits or debits... who and how much or even which account. Get it together WBT!! I gave you two stars because at least you called me back about the issue.

  I opened an account for my eldest son! I will definitely return to open one for me and one for my youngest son !! Laura Cox very friendly, professional and patient with all our questions !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
