  Mr. Lovo is a very nice maintenance worker. The service at the front desk is very professional. The apartments are nice and comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the walls are to thin and you can here your neighbors..

  Danny came right away when I called because my heat was not working he is very professional and kind I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job I recommend this property to anyone because maintenance is amazing here

  Danny was great he came in and fixed my blinds also took the time out to check out any other issues we may have had , he’s awesome thank you Danny we appreciate you great work and a extra bonus to Danny’s job he’s very nice you all are very blessed to have a great worker like Danny

  Decent apartment complex. Been here 5 yrs, and I'll say the management has done quite a great job keeping the complex secure. Relatively affordable for the laurel area too. Lovely pool, and community oriented staff at the rental office.

  I have will be moving in by October ,but i am concerned about this visitor parking review have been reading. I hope the mangement can review the rules and make a slight change. visitors that dont spend the night shouldn't be paying for visiting ,there cars shouldn't be towed especially on weekends. Day visitors should be able to visit their friend's and family for free. Or the management can make a 6hrs free parking for visitors but if they are going to spend the night then they could pay. I like this apartment but am still worried about the visitors parking charges .So my friends or my family will have to pay to visit me anytime ? PLEASE kindly make it more convenient for your residents and their visitors.

  First of all the property Manager (Jamille Lee) is extremely rude and disrespectful. She was very unprofessional ,on the day of my tour she was dressed in gym attire and gave off a I don’t care attitude. The property is overpriced for what it looks like. You literally have to pay for EVERY SINGLE THING!!! The only reason why they even have 4 stars is because of “Danny the maintenance guy”. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN YEARS TO COME LEASE FROM WILLOW LAKE! I AM WARNING YOU STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMMUNITY!!!!

  If I could rate this property a zero I would. My fiancé and I were looking to move in no later than the end of September. On our first visit we fell in love with the place because it had everything we were looking for. In the beginning, the staff told us that we were required to prove we make 3 times months the rent, pass background check etc. My fiancé proved the last three months of his bank statements to the property manager, Jamille and she constantly kept making excuses as to why she couldn't accept it. She told us if we came back with the desired documents we would be ok. We then came back several times same day with the supporting documents and she told us that what my fiancé made in one month divided by 3 was his monthly income which is absurd. She was highly unprofessional and we felt as though she was profiling us because we're young and my fiancé is very successful. She continued to look further in our account statements and make judgments on our expenses to give a reason tonot approve us. We have completely changed our minds on this property. Even after looking at the reviews online, I 100% would not recommend this place.

  danny who is on maintence does a great job fixing my toilet and he did a great job with replacing the leaking in my bathroom,his work is always efficent
