  The new Navy Federal in Laurel Towne Center is bigger and better than when it was next to Staples! No more waiting in line for the ATM after hours, they have 4; 1 outside & 3 inside, 24hours!

  Every time I get here, lines at the cashiers counter are all the way to the door. Wait times for other services are not short either. Management seems weak at best, unable to respond to the obvious over so many years the branch has been in this area. My expectation was that after relocation to a bigger premises long wait times would be a thing of the past.

  Absolutely great experience! We are closing on our new home on Monday but didn’t have the final wire amount until late Friday afternoon. Samantha was very speedy and efficient and helped me get the wire entered and approved just before the cutoff. We probably wouldn’t be able to close on Monday if she hadn’t been so awesome! She was also super friendly. I will definitely come back to this branch if I need in person service again. Thank you, Samantha! Also - very happy to see all the mask wearing and the teller who checked me in was also very friendly!

  That dude Jason Riley’s review sounds so dumb, he’s trying to fight the fact that hand sanitizer is bad for you??? Like doctors don’t use it in their medical practice and never have I heard someone allergic to hand sanitizer. That’s a pathetic excuse of giving a business a bad review. You guys are amazing and keep it up!

  I AM BLESSED TO HAVE NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IN MY LIFE! After the deaths of my only Son and then 93 days following, the unexpected death of his Father, my former Spouse (who was also a U.S. VETERAN)… I WAS terribly grief-stricken to the point of becoming distrustful - I was forced to face these losses, to adjust quickly to being alone, and of all things, I LOST THE SENSE OF TRUST! My own financial institution, USAA, literally “denied, denied, denied” the necessary financial adjustments I needed from 2019 through Tuesday, 3/23/2022! I am a LONG-STANDING MEMBER OF USAA and yet, USAA would not assist me as needed - this is where MY 100% MILITARY SERVICE-CONNECTED BENEFITS HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS! As AN HONORABLY DISCHARGED U.S. ARMY (WAC) VETERAN, still in my prime at 62… USAA, it’s MY TURN TO “DENY YOUR ACCESS TO MY LIFE”!! GOD TOOK OVER, NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION EXTENDED TO ME: “HUMAN COMPASSION, PATIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, and NOW, I CAN REST MORE EASIER!!!” THANK YOU, TO THE ENTIRE NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION STAFF OF LAUREL, MD… FROM MY HEART AND GOD BLESS ALL OF US!

  A credit union is owned by its members. Telling me to wear a mask no only infringes on my rights but is unlawful. The Maryland government no longer mandates a mask and neither should a business that is owned by its customers. I can't believe I bank at a place that is run by people so stupid to think masks work. I'm sure my time banking with navy fed will be ending soon.

  Today I had a stressful day. After such a day it was dreadful imagining going to the long line which is Laurel Navy Federal. To my surprise I was greeted by a refreshing *double masked* smile and an even more refreshing customer service experience as assistant manager Bill went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that I didn’t feel like a burden yet a valued customer. Big thanks to Bill and the staff at this Navy Federal!

  My son has been a member for at least 4 years and has never complained about anything. I accompanied him yesterday and the service was fast even though it was a little crowded. The tellers were very pleasant and courteous.
