  I'm self-employed and struck out multiple times trying to find someone to help me get a loan to buy out my ex-wife's share of our home. As a hail mary I did an online search before throwing in the towel. Bill got my information and we had a few emails back and forth. I liked his no pressure, relaxed, and straight forward style. I picked up the phone and called him. He assured me he could do the loan with the money out I needed. And true to his word, he got me my loan! Good rate for a bank statement loan with money out, too.   Being Self Employed and only being able to go with a Stated Income Refinance was a nightmare for me! I went to 8 different Brokers and spent enormous amounts of time sending documents and then being declined for the refinance. I had a an adjustable rate that was moving up and up every 6 months. I was in fear I would not be able to afford the ever increasing monthly mortgage payment! But, Bill became my Hero! He searched for me and finally he found the Lender who was not only willing to refinance but for a 30 year fixed at $200.00 lower monthly than I had been paying. The rate was higher than a regular refinance but he was also able to negotiate me being able to buy the interest rate down. All my worries are over!   Bill is a true professional. I worked with him on a "bank statement" loan which is much more complicated than a conventional loan. Prior to coming to him, I worked with two other brokers who were shady and didn't deliver. Bill was knowledgable and provided quick responses throughout the process. He knew what the banks were looking for and was able to guide me through every step of the way. He is definitely the person to go to for self employed borrowers looking for alternative mortgage loans.
