  Tacy Nichols recently took care of my mortgage refi and I couldn’t have asked for a better representative. I must have called her a dozen times with my sometimes trivial questions and she always patiently walked me through the process and helped me get all my documents in order.   By far the most unpleasant experience when buying a house. Luckily the deal worked out but it was a nightmare. Each team member gave us different stories and kept asking for more and more money. When we asked questions no one knew the answers and pointed the finger. At the end of the day we got the house but never again would i use Gapital mortgage let alone recommend anyone to use them. From the owner on down we were lied to and if it wasn't for our persistence and constant questions the deal would have most likely fell through. I has been extremely disappointing that this was the treatment we as Veterans get when trying to better our lives and use our VA loans. Lessons learned I hope no one else goes through this.

  Tacy Nichols and Lauren Lower are god sent! You can be more than confident they will handle your loan in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend using Gapital mortgage to all my friends and family without any doubts in my mind that they will be well taken care of. Long story short they bailed me out of a higher interest rate with another lender with 20 days left in escrow. They made the loan process as easy as possible for a consumer. We were impressed by the paperless process, the ease of our transaction and how knowledgeable Tacy was - answering our stream of questions and concerns efficiently and accurately. We’re convinced Tacy has a sixth sense for what’s happening with the market (or more likely, she’s just THAT good and experienced) because she knew just when to lock our rate, securing us a low rate and making our real estate investment more affordable and lucrative as a result.
