  Will was great to work with. At first, I was hesitant to refinance knowing that it would probably be a painful time-consuming process, but that wasn't the case at all. Will was extremely knowledgeable about the process (so there weren't any surprises along the way), he was very responsive, and kept us in the loop all along the way. The entire Guaranteed Rate team made it extremely easy to navigate the process of refinancing. I highly recommend Will and company!

  Will is fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer, everything about this process was new and confusing to me. I was very fortunate to have Will not only get me terrific rates, but also thoroughly explain all of my options. My realtor cautioned me against using an out of state lender, but Will was more available than anyone else I worked with (including my realtor). I felt like I had his undivided attention- and I was pretty needy and nervous. :) Had it not been for Will's expertise and guidance, I don't know what I would have done. Aside from finding the home of my dreams, Will was the best part of this experience. I cannot recommend him enough- he is simply the best.
