  We have purchased four homes in the past 26 years. In all our dealings with mortgage lenders, Chris stands head and shoulders above all the others. He provided continuous guidance throughout the loan process, giving us comprehensive financial information to help us make an informed decision on our mortgage. He laid out several financial options and took time to ensure we understood their differences. He was extremely patient with us and took pains to explain things to us clearly.   Chris is great. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers with a million questions about how much to finance, down-payment options, multi-unit investment opportunities, etc. Chris was very responsive and generous with his time and wealth of experience to address all of those questions and then some.   Chris was amazing to work with from the first phone call to the last page signed at closing. This was my first home I purchased and I had no idea what I was doing. He helped me with an FHA loan (which many lenders aren't experienced with) and worked tirelessly on securing the best rates and lowest down payment possible. I know I wasn't his only client at the time but he definitely made me feel like it.
