  Will Goodwin at GFMS was a pleasure to work with, and I don’t recall ever even giving a loan officer much of a thought in my previous home buying processes. He was proactive, responsive, helpful, and nice. He explained things when I had questions, and anticipated questions I didn’t know I had. I really appreciated his time and effort.   Will Goodwin was a terrible agent for this company. I saw constant attempts at customer control NOT customer service. I don't even want to get into the details. There were many issues all the way to the very end.
