  Unfortunately, I am only able to give Wilhelm Automotive a 5 star rating. Very few businesses rate 5 stars with me. Wilhelm easily rates more! As a single, female with limited knowledge about auto mechanics, I am always wary about being ripped off. Wilhelm Automotive has been one of only a few mechanics I have trusted completely, to honestly assess and repair ANY problems with my vehicle. I am always treated courteously and timely when I call or come in. I live relatively close and they have always been willing to give me a ride home and pick me back up once my car is done. They tell me up front what to expect as far as cost. When they begin working, I am called anytime there is a deviation from what was originally expected. I’m informed of all my options, costs, time involved, and alternatives. I HIGHLY recommend Wilhelm Automotive for ANY AND ALL mechanical needs. 👍

  I have used multiple businesses for vehicle services like oil changes ranging from Walmart to Brakemasters. Each experience has had its plus and minuses but I can say there was nothing but positive experiences when I brought my Navigator to this location. Friendly and courteous staff, Ben was his name who helped us, thorough work and examination of our SUV and competitive pricing. I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future and recommend them to people in my circles.

  Wilhelm Automotive Litchfield Park is where to go when you are experiencing car problems. We took our vehicle for them to figure out the check engine we were always getting and they figured it out. Took a coulpe days but they took the time to figure it out instead of throwing new parts to the problem. Very professional staff at the front desk and solid automotive technicians, friendly and they explain what's going on and they don't hurry when explaining it to you and they are very open to questions you may have. We highly recommend Wilhelm Auto Litchfield Park they are awesome. Shout out to Tony and Jim, thank you guys for working with us and GETTING IT DONE!

  I came here because of the high ratings. They were definitely earned! Felt very welcomed when I came in and my vehicle issue was handled quickly and correctly the first time. Car is running great and I feel like the repair was money well spent every time I drive it. The rewards program was also a pleasant surprise. Thank you!

  My husband and I recently moved to Avondale from another part of the valley, so didn't really have anyone we knew to take our car to for an estimate on damages due to an accident. We were familiar with the Wilhelm Auto Shops from other locations in the valley and also knew of their longstanding business operations, so thought it was the best place to get the estimate done. After the estimate was completed, which was promptly done in a couple of hours, we determined that the vehicle was not worth fixing. But they were very accommodating in allowing us to leave the vehicle on their property until we could make arrangements to have the it towed away. The manager/owner Jim was so nice and friendly as well as the rest of the staff I felt like I had been a customer for years. We will definitely be back as customers when the need arises.

  Pros, honest and very affordable. Staff is helpful. Sent wife in for oil change and observed their intake process. She received what she asked for, paid what was quoted and no BS.

  Great friendly service and reasonably priced. Best service experience I’ve ever had! They even gave me an Uber ride to and from. Very professional and polite.
