  Giancarlo’s number one priority is always his clients and colleagues as well. He is honest and knowledgeable. I needed advice on whether to sell and buy another house and Giancarlo gave me solid advice based on his knowledge of the real estate and mortgage market- and he absolutely gave me advice that didn’t make a sale for him. So it is obvious he cares and gives advice based in your needs and not in his commission - unlike other mortgage lenders. I trust him always!!
