  Worse credit card processor I have ever dealt with my entire 20 years of business. Once they sign you up forget ever talking to them again to help you with anything. Been dealing with things for months now with no help with what I need. Also promised next day funding that was a joke, takes 3 days to get my money. Benjamin was my sales rep and worst business person I ever meet. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

  Negative stars are not available. I had 3 large legitimate transactions. The cards were processed and approved by my customers bank. Wholesale payments would NOT pay me .After weeks of documents, arguing ,investigations, letters from my customer and actual invoices for the equipment, The decision was made to pay me a fraction of the amount over a 3 year period. WTF??? Do not use this company. I tried to cancel my account but they have a very high cancellation fee. I am forced to pay the monthly fee until my contract is up. BTW those 3 Large transactions were successfully processed through Paypal. To add insult to injury...this company charged me over $5,000.00 in processing fees. WTF again! I did get some of that back but not all. Bottom line....caveat emptor.......BUYER BEWARE

  This company is complete rip off. They continue to charge your account even after it has been closed of. They refuse to reimburse payments. They never deliver on their promise. They charge the client and u as well. Their customer service lacks professionalism, and hang up on people and never return calls. They charge my account exaggerated fees. Their return policy is a sham, and would say just about anything to not reimburse your money. This company has either 5 start or or 1, I would assume the 5 start were given by the employee and not an actual buss.

  Nancy Draeger is our rep and has been unbelievably helpful. She offers great personal service and makes sure the product they promise is what is delivered. Thanks to her our bill has gone down so much!

  Unbelievable customer service. Markey, the employment manager gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to give him a call anytime I needed, (morning, day, or night). Memorial weekend I was having issues with my terminal. I called Markey (on his day off) and he immediately came to my restaurant to evaluate the situation. He put his personal and family time on hold to ensure I wouldn’t lose revenue, and have to deal with frustrated customers that came to eat that didn’t have cash with them. Markey then proceeded to go back to the office and get me a new terminal and come back to my restaurant to resolve the issue. On top of having mgmt. come to my location to rectify issues, the call center is operated just as smooth. JD Rios always goes above and beyond to answer any questions I ever have. I’m not a tech savvy person by any means, and JD is always very patient taking his time to thoroughly walk me through any troubleshooting with the terminal. Technology will always have its hiccups, but when you’re with a company that has management willing to come solve problems on their personal days, and people like JD who take the time to address questions you have that’s the differential between Wholesale Payments and other merchant services I’ve been with. I’ve been a satisfied customer for four years. I recommend anyone who is frustrated with their merchant service company to switch to Wholesale Payments.

  I would leave zero stars if i could. Worst place that we have done business with. Our account manager Paul Price in San Antonio Texas lied just to get a sale. We trusted Paul to be honest with rates, hidden fees, and how we would recieve our payments and chose not to do so. This needs to be stopped before other innocent small business companies get taken advantage of. Account managers are the face of the company and Paul has failed to represent Wholesale Payments properly.

  They will leak your information when setting your account up and blame you for it. They will not respond to any emails in regards to funds they are holding and it has been over 4 months and they owe over $3,000 Avery is the representative of this company and I highly recommend you do not talk to Avery. He is very disrespectful.

  Hi Holt, We are currently working on your issues; however, I must clarify that we are not holding your funds for no reason. Your account is higher risk which means we are required to have a reserve account with your merchant account due to it being CBD.
