  My loan executive Laura Mendoza went above and beyond to help me. I had so many questions and she took the time to answer all of them clearly and promptly. I was given the runaround at a dealership and Laura provided support and told me exactly what I needed from the dealership. She was the only one making the process quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend to finance an auto loan with Alliance and see Laura M.

  Customer service has been good. My wife and I just opened a checking account together here. However, today I was so disappointed to discover they don’t have external transfers available AND you have to pay for your first book of checks. In my past experience I’ve received my first book of checks for free. It was also so convenient to be able to transfer money to and from external accounts without a fee. I hope this is an option in the future.

  Thank you for asking. Mary J is one of the main reasons that I do business with Alliance credit Union, she is a very personable person with me and my family when I’m there for a loan, advise on my accounts or just passing by her office to say hi. She’s always sharing a friendly smile and make it me want to pass it on through my day. . She always make me feel like I’m respected as a person and not just an account number/member. Thanks again.

  I am a recent member to Alliance and hands down they have the best customer service. Giesela Estrada took care of our financing with ease. Highly recommend if you are not a member yet, switch over.

  Mary mata helped me finance a car. Definitely recommend!!! She went above and beyond to help me. We walked in the bank and that same were able to drive with a car. My credit score was not the best & I had a repo on my credit report and she was still able to help me when others said they were not able to! If you are looking to buy a car, house, or even refinance talk to her. She is the best! She explained everything to us where we were able to understand all the ins and outs of buying a car. Did I mention I got a low APR even with my low credit score & repo on my credit report. Again Mary Mata at alliance credit union is who you want to talk to if you are on the hunt for a good deal!!!!!

  My sister told us about Alliance Credit Union so we decided to check it out sure enough it was true we opened a saving and money market plus we even refinanced two vehicles.The people there were so nice and helpful. I'll recomend to friends and family.
