  Brian just understands how the mortgage process works from beginning to end. His knowledge and forward thinking attitude is what separates him the the other mortgage people I have dealt with in the past. Everything is put right in front of you, and any extra questions and explanations are honest and to the point.   Refinanced with Brian about a month ago. The experience was great at all steps along the way. Brian was very responsive to my questions, and quickly, handled my questions and concerns delicately, and explained every step in great detail. I have dealt with many mortgage brokers in the past, and i can honestly say that Brian is the best one i have done business with. Brian made sure that this process was simple and quick, and it was. In my opinion, Brian is the only person anyone should deal with when buying or refinancing, the entire process was very professional.

  Reached out to Wholesale Mortgage Source after shopping mortgage rates with several of the big banks and mortgage companies. Brian was able to answer all the questions I had and was straight forward. When I did a preapproval and asked for a quote the rates and fees were much less than what I had been offered before. I have had serval mortgages and working with Brian was the easiest by far.
