  Mike has been nothing short of amazing! He has taken the time to really explain the loan process and even responds at the most inconvenient times (9pm on a Wednesday to be exact). I would truly recommend anyone to him. He takes the time to break everything down and review it until you understand it (very helpful for first time home buyers). Definitely will use him again if we ever buy another house!

  I’m not even sure if I can put in to words the above & beyond service I received from Mike! I mean, every step of the way he was contacting me, reassuring me. Answering my calls throughout the day and night. This was my first experience in buying a house and the fight that he put up for me was something I will forever be grateful for.   Being a first time home buyer, I was blessed to work with Homestretch Mortgage. Mike made things easy, stress-free, and I personally felt that he really takes pride in making things happen for his clients, which was a big peace of mind through the entire process.   I don’t think I could ever thank Mike Frank enough for the hard work he put into making sure my family and I bought our first home. At times it was a very hard and stressful process, we hit some large bumps in the road and at the last minute we had to change our loan type just a week before closing. Mike was on it 100% and made it all happen! He guided us through the whole process, answered every text and phone call, every question we had was answered. He has such an amazing attitude that even in the most stressful moments he can reassure you that everything will be okay, and it always was thanks to him!

  Mike Frank went over and beyond for my last closing. He is truly a gift and knows his business. He listens to his clients and knows exactly what we need to do in order to get exactly what we want at closing. He was able to close my refi-mortgage in less than two weeks. This was not my first closing with Mike and will certainly not be my last. 5 stars might have been the max.. but i’d give 10 stars if I could!

  Mike is the absolute best, no matter how hard it got he always kept me in the loop and positive even when things didn't seem to be going my way. Also he was the only one willing to take on my refinance case everyone else kept telling me no it wasn't possible. No matter how hard it seems Mike can find a program that will work for you, if he did it for mine he can do it for yours Truly a great experience and will refer as many people as I can to this guy after how things went for me. 10/10 nobody better.

  Mike frank is a life saver. I was just out of a bad breakup and pretty much homeless. 6 months he worked with me, worked with many people and agencies because I had so many repos, tax liens, student loans in default. Mike frank not only got me my first home but he also helped me get 25k as a down payment for that home. Mike frank is amazing and I’m forever grateful
