  I like that they offer a Shuttle service, but they didn't pick me up from home to retrieve my car in the evening, after telling me they'd be able to do so. They didn't call to say they couldn't pick me up, so I had to leave them voice mails and then get my car the following morning, which was inconvenient for both me and my fiancee. It was disappointing.

  Very nice staff. They were able to pick up my car from my job, and fix the problem. Expensive diagnostic fee, just to fix a small problem that was already identified. Other than that good service.

  The service crew here took care of several issues I had with my car. They even noticed something that could have been problematic and fixed it at no charge. Service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

  went for a warranty repair, and the service was substandard, never been to the showroom... so i won't judge the dealership... Update so I knew what exactly was wrong with my car, I called service and some l spoke with the sales manager Kenny, he listened to me... He gets stars for that alone. I told what I thought, he told me a price for a diagnostic, and that I could bring it asap. Which I did he called me the next day confirming what I thought, he told me what the cost would be. I usually fix own cars so I felt strange doing it, he told me they found a few other issues with my car... Axle, rear pads and control arm bushing... Which I knew about already. I figure he's padding the Bill as dealerships do, Now I did have to wait 7 days for part which I could have bought online but whatever. It was sort of an experiment for me. So I waited never called... But Kenny did he let me know they were on it, that they were trying to expedite it. I get the car back fixed, I take it home and everything told me about my car was true, and what he said I would pay is what I paid, it was refreshing no BS! Kenny has redeemed LASH SERVICE in my eyes and I will be back.

  We took our Tiguan last week because our blind side mirror was not working. We took it in at 8:00 am and was done at about 1:00 all for a software update. As we are driving today our dashboard light turned on telling us that the blind side mirrors are not working. I then call the dealership for a service appointment the next one is on Wednesday I then ask for a loaner they tell me the next time they will have one is mid September so then I ask can I get dropped off at home she tells me it’s to far. So guess what I’m stuck in a sad looking service center . We have leased many cars from different dealerships and this has been the worst one. With all that said there sales department is a different story nice clean and everyone is welcoming. There service department need to keep up.

  If you own a Volkswagon and like to pay Ferrari service fees go here. They are also short and non-specific when it comes to services. First time I thought I was getting just my first oil change and they said they do it a 84 point check around the car to make sure everything is OK and it was a $400 bill. They up charged me without letting me know. I had the manager yell at me, yes yell at me. I normally never write bad reviews but this is my first one. Usually I don’t say anything if I don’t like the place and just write good reviews but they deserve this one.

  I have been bringing my last 5 VW and Audi cars to this service shop since 2012 they have very highly trained senior techs and very knowledgeable service tech at the front. I service there my Golf R, my Audi TT and my wife Tiguan. Very efficient, professional and honest. Highly recommend it.

  The team at the White Plains Volkswagen Service Center are absolutely A1, top notch, amazing Service Advisors working on VWs. I’ve worked with Jason, Kenny and Debbie in the past and each of them are nothing but stellar when it comes to customer service. Their check-in process includes an intro text message that allows you to contact them directly while your car is in the shop. This came in handy when leaving my Tiguan during work hours and sneaking in a status message during the day vs a call. All of the folks mentioned above walked me through how my new VW works and helped with other pop up items along the way. They aren’t afraid to answer questions which is one of the many reasons I’ll keep on coming back no matter what. Thanks again to Jason, Kenny, and Debbie for always being incredible to work with.
