      I have used Whitaker Bank for over 16 years. My husband's card was recently copied and used in New Jersey to spend over $1200 at a Home Depot, the same night we were in Lexington, both using our cards. When we called to say that that was a fraudulent charge, we were told that we couldn't do anything expect freeze his card until the transaction posted and then he had to go in and fill out a form. They could not put the funds back into our account temporarily or anything. Pretty much told us we were broke until they got the situation resolved, but that they would reimburse us all incurred fee.... Seems like pretty lousy customer service, I will be looking for another bank asap.
