      No 5/3 banks between Lexington and Ashland. Drove an hour on a Saturday to get a check cashed. They wouldn’t honor it unless I came inside, but the lobby was closed and said even if I could come in they would charge me 70.00 to cash my check. The lady who wrote is is speeding here now to make the withdrawal before they close...... will not finish her house unless she changes banks.... that’s my fee/policy. Sorry if you’re inconvenienced 5/3rd Now if you’ll look down at this generic response and you’ll see that now they think my name is Roobert, if I could change from a one star to a zero I would...... there is no zero star option. You aren’t sorry lol, I didn’t feel like I had a one star experience, I actually “had” a one star experience. I’m serious about not finishing her house unless she changes banks. Will also be a stipulation on all my future contracts saying I won’t deal with you if you use 5/3 bank.

      love the online accessibility and generally havent had any issues, but can NOT get anyone on the phone! simple question about making a large checking deposit and cant get through. No one in store answers and never off hold when you do call the supplied number. If i didnt have my mortgage through them i would definitely consider leaving

      Wife stopped in today to pay our Hamilton County Spring taxes. She waited an inordinate amount of time in the drive through. A second vehicle drove up and was waited on immediately. After receiving a receipt that did I not mention the tax bill, she went inside to inquire, where she was ensured that was normal. She then complained about the drive up experience.       Jan.2 went to this location, it was a Saturday. Tried going into the lobby at 11:55 doors was locked. After looking for a hours sign (located on the exit door about ten feet away from entry door) and talking to a guy who was as puzzled as me I walked back to my truck got in line behind a car already being serviced by this time is was 11:59 pulled up and they shut the blinds almost in my face. They was closed new year day (which they should be). I fought traffic to get there before noon, maybe even broke a few traffic laws. Got there between the hours of operations and then this happens. After all I went through I won't bore you with the details but this is unfair if your going to close at 11:55 you should post it instead of 12. I won't be banking with Fifth Third again, come Monday I'll close that account. Now I'll have to spend the remainder of my New Year weekend without cash. Oh and for the record I just opened the account haven't received my card only blank checks doubt anyone takes those.

      This is to 5/3 in general, not necessarily this site. THEY CHARGE $5 PER CHECK YOU CASH EVEN IF IT IS FROM THEIR BANK!!! Opportunistic and abusive policy. And they require your SS before even telling you the hidden fee which is unnecessarily dangerous. This is why I do credit unions.

      By far the worst company to use for a auto loan! They have a third party company that you have to pay in order to transfer your title to a new state!!! They are the lien holder which means they should have my title not some other company! Ridiculous

      Great location close to lots of shops and restaurants. Pleasant and courteous staff. Easy to get into but a bit difficult to get out of and back on to a Main Street
