  I’ve had quite a hard time getting a auto loan cause of our current situation and with what’s going on nowadays financially it’s so hard to get approved. I am moving out of state is the reason I needed a bigger truck for my families move and after being turned down multiple times, WESTSTAR CREDIT UNION came to the rescue with a very kind and professional approach. So far as of today 03/24/2022 the very first financial institution that made our purchasing experience very calm and very easy. Flor was very prompt and professional and got everything done so fast that we barely could keep up and got excited to hear for the very first time how fast she got us our new truck for our move out of state. I will definitely come back in the future for my future business. Thank Flor and thank you weststar credit union truly heaven sent. 🙏🙏🙏

  WestStar took over my new car loan and saved me thousands! Interest rate dropped almost in half! Looking into refinancing my home with my new bestie! Thanks WestStar! I really feel like this is the credit Union that is working for the community!

  I just became a member yesterday and hopefully it’s me being an inpatient person . I have zero access to my account online , it’s stating that I need to contact the bank . It won’t let me set up my online account saying that I have the wrong credentials inputted . I did have to correct the costumer rep on my email a few times so I’m figuring the email info is still wrong because I don’t have access and haven’t received any emails from them .

  I have been a member of WestStar Credit Union for some Years now. a few days or Months. I brought a friend to WestStar Credit Union to refinance his vehicle at 215 W and Buffalo .branch. meaning I brought in a business. Than, my friend kept calling me to complain that even though he is charged for 5.94 per cent. He is also being charged for interest whenever he is paying extra money toward principle only a part from Monthly. Today on 06/09/2021. Last week my friend complaint and he called me today and said we need to go to the bank today regarding why he is charged extra?. As we went today. We set at Trevor R. desk due to complaint about the extra charged. in a short period of time with no proper response from Trevor or maybe he didn't have the answer. Than, the next thing we know Britney came in because maybe Trevor R. send her a message requesting her to come as she came in with her mindset. our concerns is not that important to her and here is what she said, if you are not satisfied with WestStar Credit Union. Just to another bank with a frustration tone which I understand that I'm not the only customer to WestStar Credit Union. So my our concerns is not that important as a customer period. Now base on my experience today. It's shows that those individuals don't care about customers like myself at 215 W. and Buffalo WestStar Credit Union branch and I'm so disappointed period.

  WesStar is THE BEST credit union in Las Vegas! Juan was extremely helpful and patient during our auto refinance and really saved us alot of money. I highly recommend WestStar for any of your financial goals...savings, checking or loans...you name it!

  I am definitely glad I chose this place to refinance my car ! Everyone was very helpful especially Flor who helped me through the beginning to the end of my process of refinance. She is very informative! She answered every question I had , made sure to explain every detail. I am very well satisfied with the customer service that was given!
