  My family and friends have been investing with Ignite Funding since May 2019. We are now invested in about 15 loans, including those in our retirement accounts (through Ignite's third party IRA administrator Preferred Trust). Howard Robbins and the Loan Processing staff are terrific. I like the power to choose the loans in which we invest...not like many other firms where you give them $$$ and they choose the loans in which to invest on your behalf. Around the 15th of each month interest income is direct deposited into our bank accounts. There have been no delinquencies, even during the height of the pandemic in 2020. Investing in a loan is so easy...sign documents online, have one document notarized and deposit the funds into Ignite's account at Bank of America. When loans are paid off, Howard and/or the Loan Processing dept alerts us so that we may roll-over the funds into another loan. This proactive approach minimizes the time our money is not earning interest.

  I’ve been investing with Ignite Funding for 3yrs and all of my investments have been extremely successful. Everyone at Ignite Funding is knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about helping me invest successfully. Any investment with a high rate of return is going to have risks but I know Ignite Funding has a stellar track record. Stephanie has been helping me with investments and I couldn’t be happier! Interest earned (10-12%) is directly deposited to my account each month... watching my money grow thanks to Ignite Funding!!

  I started talking with Howard a year ago. I investigated the background for other investors experiences. I am seeking to diversify my portfolio and Ignite seemed like a good way to do that. I could not find much negative in reviews. Covid set me off course. I got back on course with Dawn and completed the process to open an account. I just sent my first investment. I will start seeing results with my monthly payments.

  So far my experience with Ignite Funding has been great! Not only have they made my own experience great but they also helped our church set up an account. There have been a couple of foreclosures so far but they have been able to get at least a 100% return of principle on those. I think my real return on investment so far is between 8 and 9%. I will take that anytime!

  I have been working with Ignite funding for five years now and consistently yield 10% on all my investments. Much more consistent to than stock market Investments. I highly recommend you check them out

  I did a deal with Ignite to see if their promises were true. I am receiving a payout of 10% per month like clock work. They helped me through the paperwork.. They have taken care of every other detail. I will certainty do further deals in the future.

  I have invested with Ignite Funding for several years now. They are such a well-oiled machine, they make it easy to earn 10% annually. You get to choose the real estate projects you want to invest in and then they do the rest of the work for you. What I like best is that they do not outsource any part of the loan process, they underwrite and fully service each loan until you get your money back.

  i have been using Ignite Funding for a handful of years. Their service is outstanding each and every time i have either phoned them or emailed their company. Prompt and courteous service has always been a cornerstone with each and every employee i have dealt with. Also, my investments have always been handled smoothly from start to finish with my adviser, Stephanie Fryar. BTW, the returns I've earned have also been consistent and will be greatly appreciated when i retire in next 5-10 years. They give 5 star service and have protected my retirement assets by being prudent in their due diligence when it comes to lending out our assets to borrowers. I highly recommend Ignite funding.
