Be very careful with this shop. If they low ball you, go somewhere else. In fact, don't even enter the doors. I went in here with a diamond ring and they said "it's not a diamond but I'll give you $7 for it". I worked for a jewelry store so I knew they were lying. We went for a second opinion somewhere else and had every single test you can imagine... the results? 14k gold, 1/8kt diamond. These guys think everyone is desperate and will lie so they make money but you don't. Be careful!

Very unprofessional, I asked for a simple exchanged for a product I brought out of there had the receipt and proper proof of why the item did not work , the man was unwilling to exchange the product!!! People work very hard for there money for places like this to rip them offf!!

Unprofessional, I bought a xbox and 1 of the controllers did not work. Tried to return it and it was a whole problem. Will never go there on purpose again.
