  SECU closed my account without letting me know. They have a very slow process on loans. I cannot get approved for any loan products (credit cards and loans) so there’s no point of putting any money in here. I’ve found other better credit unions that are willing to have my business.

  Needed to make a deposit after work. The scanner for the door DOES NOT WORK. Hopefully there isn't anything that was placed to steal my card information. Because I swiped many times trying to get access

  Hi Bryanna, I'm sorry you were not able to head inside at the time you arrived. At this location, our lobby and ATM do close at 5pm, and those hours are listed on our website and on the door of the financial center. We do have a 24-hour ATM at our branch at 301 W. Preston St. less than one mile away from this location. Hope this helps! -Linda

  ATM worked just fine. You need an appointment to get inside for service so call ahead. SECU is a great credit union. Glad I switched to them years ago. Loan rates are competitive.

  I stop using as my main banking because you have only few places to use the amt for 24 hr. Some are closed on weekend for the amt.

  Hi Nicole, I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble finding a 24-hour ATM. If you're looking for one close to this branch on 418 W. Baltimore St., we do have a cash-dispensing ATM only 1.2 miles away at 200 St. Paul Plaza. Altogether across Maryland, we have 81 24-hour ATMs for member use.   I liked this credit union up until this past friday. I tried to make a deposit into my account and the atm took my card and said im not an authorized user. The credit union has been closed and i cant get anybody on the phone. They couldve at least sent me an email saying they took my card. No messages no nothing. When i finally get in contact with them im closing my account. This is very unprofessional

  I don't have an account here but writing this as testament to the staff here. We were in the area for UMD Law school graduation at the neighboring Hippodrome when my father suddenly was unable to walk. Kelly Stewart and her staff were extremely helpful in helping him into their building and then went the extra mile to call the Hippodrome to send a wheelchair to have him taken through the back. This was great and much needed help in a chaotic time and I assume it reflects their quality in their services as well. Much thanks again.

  I’ve been with SECU over ten years, I love them, I’ve had some problems,however it was resolved in an timely manner. I’ve also had credit problems in the past,and last year they gave me small line of credit to build my credit, I’ve made every payment on time, this year I was in a bind they helped me again I’m so happy .GO SECU

  Why has the hours changed for the atm at 418 Baltimore St.location? It's such an inconvenience in the morning.
