  Absolute worst bank ever!! Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!! Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!

  Bad customer care experience! Wife and I are walked into this bank for open a new account, suddenly two ladies coming out from the bank, we holds door for them, they just lock the inside door and left, Hahaha... they didn’t even asked us or apologize for early closing! They Completely ignored two people standing in front of them! We are felt like they slapped our face!!! Anyways, We open our account with PNC bank! We are so glad not opened an account with capital one!

  Atm shut off during transaction and the money was taken from my account but I didn't receive it. Was told it's nothing they can do.

  I recently needed my last name updated. What seemed like it would be a dreadful experience was the exact opposite! Kevin from this branch office was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this branch and Capital One for your banking needs. I have been a customer for almost a decade now and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Kevin! -Anna

  I was in your bank to deposit money $135.00 dollars into my account. The teller said I needed an I'd to deposit money. I said why I am depositing money not taking money out. She told me that was her choice to refuse me. She was very rude to me. my son ask her what was her name she refused to give it to him. My son told her you don't know who I am. Then she proceeded to tell the man behind me to step forward. Then she called security. I have no idea why. I think she was profiling me because I was a white man. She need to be fired. I will never use that bank again.
