  The girls (Lori, Ashley, Patty Lyn, etc.) at this branch are amazing! Westmark should be proud to have these individuals representing their banking institution. They are always ready to assist you with your banking needs. Ashley has helped us with multiple loans and she knows her stuff. She is always so kind and never had a question she didn't answer. The only person I contact when I need assistance.

  I have banked with Westmark my entire life and had the opportunity to work with six different branches throughout eastern Idaho over the last 40 years. I recently started interacting with the wonderful ladies at the Science Center branch. I have always had a great experience working with Westmark, however it was clear to me after only a few visits that Melissa and the other ladies are really a step beyond!

  I love this branch! We have been with Westmark for years, and just recently I started going to the Fremont branch since it was close to my work. Literally in just a few weeks the girls were calling me by name as I came in. All of the staff if so pleasant to work with. I have even had them step over to the mic if I’m at the drive thru just to say “Hi” and ask how I doing! Thank you so much Patti-Lynn,Ashley, Melissa and the rest of the staff for the Great customer service! 😊🧡

  Our family loves this Westmark location. Everyone--Lorie, Karolyn, Patti, and the rest of the crew--is so friendly and always goes out of their way to help customers. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful employees here, who all provide such fantastic customer service. And Ashley has been particularly helpful to us time and time again. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she finds out immediately and is so diligent about getting back to me in a timely manner. We've had an enormous amount of stress this year as we've struggled for months through very difficult family problems and the ultimate loss of my mother. These folks have been such a blessing as we've tried to navigate the financial implications of everything and they even sent our family a sympathy card. They just go the extra mile and I think everyone at this branch is simply wonderful.

  I go to this branch often to make a payment to my Landlord-although I do not have an account there (because I belong to another Credit Union my family member works at) the tellers are SUPER FRIENDLY and treat me as if I am a member. They have offered for me to make the switch but understand why I won’t and if I ever did switch I would certainly go to this Credit Union!! Thank you to Patty-Lynn 😁 and Melissa and ALL of the amazing people at this branch!!

  Absolutely wonderful. When they recognize you coming in, they will greet you by name from the moment you step into the door. Everyone here is so positive, welcoming, and skillful. They surely can put a happy smile on my face every time I stop by. I and my mom highly recommend this branch of Westmark Credit Union in Idaho Falls.

  Katianne is absolutely amazing! She did our refinance on our house and she made the entire process extremely easy! We had been with another institution for years and when we went to refinance all we got from them was lie after lie, and they had us jumping through many ridiculous hoops for about 6 months when we decided it wasn’t worth it anymore so we went and checked Westmark. Katianne was honest about everything, We didn’t feel like we were having to jump through any hoops at all for it and she just made it a very smooth and stress free process. I definitely recommend her for any mortgage needs!

  Westmark is my main bank and always will be, not only do I love what they offer but the bonus is how the lady’s (Patty-Lyn, Ashley, and Cara) greet me by name when they see me. They are so patient and understanding but most important is they give it their all to help you with your needs big or small.
