halinarose ereaux4I have not had many experiences with your bank that I don’t like. But this was not okay an mistakes like the one I’m about to tell you shouldn’t happen. I asked to have some money moved from one bank to my ICCU checking with the less amount (because I have two checking). Well the lady put the money in my central cents savings account!? Here I am trying to figure out why I’m in the negative and where is the money I put in and the money I pulled out. She had taken the money I asked for in cash out of the Account I don’t spend money out of and I got an overdraft fee in the other account that was supposed to have the money put in it!!!! How does this happen? Was she not listening to what I said? Honestly I’m very disappointed that they hired someone so incompetent.

Mike5I love this place there so sweet and Courtesy and welcome to help you with anything the only problem I have is I keep forgetting to make my payments lol other than that I got nothing bad to say about them

Chad Russell3All in all, the services at ICCU are great. I have no issue with my accounts nor the people who usually help me. However, the wait times in the drive through are painfully long. There have been times when I have sat in line for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. I would easily rate this branch a 4 or 5 stars if they could shave even a few minutes off of the wait time in the drive through.

Michael F1They are a horrible credit union. My account had problems and got hacked and then they reported it to the credit agency and canceled my credit card dropping my score even further. Without even talking to me about it. I paid everything off and closed my accounts. Do not bank with them.

Angie Eborn1Between Pocatello and Idaho Falls and rent being due today, my husband had to transfer his funds to my account in order for me to pay rent with a money order. They were unable to give me a money order due to the funds not being in there for three days. So I cashed out the amount, and asked for a money order. They denied me, so I stated that I would then need to go to Walmart to finish my banking needs. All they did was apologize. Pretty sad process.

Jenesa Johnson5I love ICCU. The employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We also have a bank account at Chase and we are far more satisfied with ICCU. They don't charge $40 to print off your bank statement like Chase does. If we need something they are willing and eager to help and don't expect an arm and a leg for a sheet of paper. Our loan officer was also awesome! I highly recommend!

Kali Garner5Yesterday I was having a really bad day. I had to deposit a check so i went to the drive thru and this nice teller did the kindest thing for me without me even asking and made my day so much better! I love this bank and their employees!

Jeremy Powell1Not impressed... I've been banking with ICCU for awhile now, and went in to get a loan and they made it so difficult that I am going to close all my accounts with them. Good riddance.
