  Suzanne and Galo has been more than helpful with all my loans. The staff in general there is super helpful and customer service is top notch. This is why I have all my loans through Westmark Credit Union and would recommend it strongly to anyone looking for a great place for all there finance needs.

  The Sunnyside branch is the best in the world. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. No matter my problem or issue they make me feel like the most important person to them that day. Suzanne has been the best loan officer we have ever dealt with. Always willing to help and our paperwork is always ready when needed. She is always willing to help us understand and procure the best option for us. If I could give this branch 20 stars I would. I thank them for always being ready to help., they are most knowledgeable!

  The teller Kathy Peggy and Sarah are always willing to greet and help me. Galo always willing to help as well. Suzanne the manager is nice and also greets you while you are waiting in line. My experience at this branch wonderful.

  It's always nice to know when I go to the Westmark branch on Outlet Blvd in Idaho Falls that I will be treated in a positive and professional way. The people that work in the teller area (Suzanne, Galo, Peggy, Kathy, and Sara) are all awesome. Today it was Peggy. She went above and beyond to assist my wife with crisp bills that will be used for gifts and to assist me in getting information about the Medicare sessions that are offered at this branch. We have been a member of Westmark for over 40 years (since it was called Atomic Workers Credit Union.) and they have always been a pleasure to work with!

  The sunny side branch has been the friendliest branch I’ve ever been to. They’ve been such a great help for any of my needs. I always prefer them. The person I always go to, is named Peggy. She makes my day everytime I go in for something.

  Best customer service ever! Every time I visit the Outlet Blvd branch, I'm greeted as an old friend. The cashiers are efficient and friendly, and Galo Albor is amazing! He's very knowledgeable and willing to help.

  WESTMARK SUNNY SIDE CREDIT UNION This newer Idaho Falls Credit Union managed by Suzzane (sp) and run by her great staff of workers is the best of the best for Westmark Credit Union! No matter what I ask for as a bank patron from an IRA to a better interest rate on my checking or savings accounts, To bank debit cards problems and previous vehicle loans and home improvement loans has been handled professionally and with out an issue or the slightest problem.always handled professionally. I am personally taken care of as a customer each and every time I need help with my accounts. And lord only knows the help I need some times!
