  Teresa is amazing! She is the best! She went out of her way to get me and my husband's car refinanced (saving $500 a month) and a credit card. I highly recommend going in and talking to her. It could change your life!

  The very best credit union in Idaho and Arizona. The only suggestion join the Allpoint atm network. Allpoint is in drug stores and some grocery stores. Allpoint excellent atm network. Mountain america is a member of the excellent Moneypass network. Allpoint and Moneypass a winning atm network. Because of the Allpoint atm network will be a member for life.

  Bank is great, people are nice, but you're in for a TREAT if you have Sydney. She is the sweetest lady ever and always makes me feel better about not knowing certain banking details. Seriously, give that girl a raise, she's amazing.

  I just called and asked for a refund. My son had bought a game by accident he's only a year old. I did not have the money in my account so it went into the nagitive. I called not only did I get a refund of the 25 the gentleman on the phone made by balance even. Excellent service 👏 really can't thank you guys enough I'm so grateful thank you ❤ 10 out of 10 recommend I've have an account with these guys since high school always have had a good experience. This just takes the cake 😍 thank you so much again this helps out my family so much. wish I can give you all a hug

  I just love this Branch! They’re all so accommodating to my needs, I had a teller I think her name is Sydney help me so much with my request, it just makes sense banking here.

  I am a real estate investor. In January and February 2020 I bought two houses and financed them with Mountain America. It took 5 weeks to close the first house and 4 weeks for the second house. Which was great. Erin was good to work with although a little slow to respond to calls. I understood there was a lot of people getting home loans at the time. On 6/23/2020 I started a cash out refinance on another property with Mountain America. I had plans for the funds. The refi finally closed on 12/17/20. SIX MONTHS LATER. As things dragged on, I was told that refi’s were a low priority compared to purchase loans. I uploaded my leases and a month later I got a call asking for some missing leases. As other documents were asked for, I provided them within a day or 2. Then a couple of weeks later I would get a call asking something about the documents. My advice is to use Mountain America for Purchase loans but definitely do not uses them for a refi. Especially if you are self-employed
