  Loved my experience here! Got a great a deal at a great price. Christina Jaro was incredibly helpful and made sure I left with a car I loved. Did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the car and felt completely safe driving it off the lot. If you are looking for a great deal on a used car, I definitely recommend this place.

  I would not recommend to anyone anymore. Our family has bought 3 cars from here, back in the day (10+ years ago), and we recommended them then. However they are not the same quality now. We looked at two of their used cars, one of which they obviously had not bothered to clean at all. Obvious things were broken/missing inside. The sales representative was nice, but slow and unable to answer most questions. Their asking price was $1000 above KBB value for excellent condition, and the car was fair/good condition. After 30 minutes of slow paperwork, he dropped the price $150. We walked out and found a great dealer that does not charge $600 in extra doc fees, that knows the cars they are selling, and actually took the time to clean/maintain their cars on the lot.

  What an excellent experience. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have body damage repaired. You could not have asked for a better experience; the personnel were inviting and friendly and the facilities were clean and also inviting. Justin performed the estimate for the damage on my vehicle. He described in detail what they would need to do as far as the repairs and how long they would need my Jeep. He provided me an estimate within just a few minutes of looking at the damage. Once I took my Jeep in, my experience was exactly how Justin had described it. I am also very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. Promises were made and promises were kept. I have dealt with other body shops before and they would make promise after promise that they could not keep. It was my pleasure to work with such outstanding people who take pride in their position. Thank you to all who were involved in making this a good experience. 04/12/2013-I have once again had to use Westgate's services. This time I used the body shop and the used car department. Wow!! I am still amazed at the customer service I received with the collision center and sales center. I took my Acura to the Collision Center after being involved in an accident. David was prompt at providing an estimate for my car. He also worked with my insurance company and provided them with all the documentation they requested. Needless to say, my vehicle ended up being a total loss. We then worked with Justin and Mary on the purchase of another car. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Westgate. There knowledge and customer service is superb. With customer service like this, I will continue to be a repeat customer (although hopefully I want need body work or need another car anytime soon).

  I have had three vehicles repaired at Westgate Imports. The workmanship of the body shop technicians was excellent. I have recommended this repair shop to neighbors because of the compliments on my 1997 Toyota T-100.

  The entire crew of Westgate Imports was awesome. I've heard stories from people who've gone car shopping and they said they felt pressured and rushed by the salesperson.. or they felt like they were invisible. I know a lot of people tend to over exaggerate quite a bit, or completely distort the truth. Westgate Imports made me feel comfortable and welcome right off the bat. Heck I didn't even feel nervous. Westgate imports has a very welcoming, laid-back, yet professional atmosphere that kind of just makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know and when I'm in the market for a second car, you can best believe I'll return to Westgate imports!

  Judging by these reviews, I see there have been instances where customers were not happy. I can tell you from experience Westgate is one of the best dealerships I've ever did business with. I purchased a Nissan Altima about a year ago and all I have done is stay on top of scheduled maintenance and I've had 0 issues with it. I initially went to get a car financed but I got such a good price I paid for it straight out. I cant remember the salesmans name but I do remember Justin. Westgate is flat-out amazing, I know from experience. Looking for a used car you have to make this your first stop.

  My father purchased a car from here on my recommendation b/c I had a great experience buying my first car here years ago. In the past month, He bought a 2011 Camry w/ 100K miles on it. Within 5 days of driving it off the lot, CEL came on. They offered to exchange or repair. My dad liked the car so he opted to repair. After 3 repairs & trips back to Westgate, the CEL is back on! Now the exchange is no longer an option, and my dad is stuck w/ a sick car that the manufacturer is unable to remedy. ***If you shop here, spend the money and buy your OWN CarFax report. What we discovered is that the car had been sent to Toyota several times for engine issues (warning lights can be reset, and barring a faulty system sensor, there’s no explanation for the light to come one every week). ***Make sure you buy a car with powertrain warranty in tact! NC anti-lemon laws may protect you if your warranty isn’t up. Ours, unfortunately, is. Will update with info about next steps! Maybe your experience will be different though! 🤷🏽‍♀️

  My family has bought many cars from Westgate Imports and have been happy every time. No pushy sales people and they give you plenty of time to look over the car and test drive it. Not your typical dealership. They are very family oriented and really want to help. I still buy cars there and will continue to do so.

  We came to an agreement on price and I stated that I would go by bank in the next day or two. Keep in mind that this car had been on the lot for over 3 months so there was no sense of urgency by me or the seller. There was no mention by Westgate that I needed to put money down to hold the car. On Day 2 on my way to bank I learn that they sold the car. I only learned this because I had texted them asking for VIN number for my insurance company. Also, my price was only $300 off of what they were listing it for. That means that they had me as a buyer but were willing to cut me loose for a few hundred bucks.

  Thank you to Westgate Imports and Sam (the salesman we worked with) in particular. We visited a lot of car dealers to find a vehicle for our grandson and Westgate was hands down the best. Not even close. Low stress. No pressure. Clean facility. Clean vehicles. Sam was so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a nice vehicle at a nice price. Next time we are in the market, Westgate Imports will be the first place we visit.
