  This is the best bank. Deposit a check either with drive thru or from the app. Take a picture of your signed check and take a photo. Deposit it and in couple hours it’ll be in your account. The customer service is very helpful. If your card gets lost or stolen, they will issue a new car with no problems.

  Perhaps I'm showing my age, but I can remember, if you needed to make change to a twenty dollar bill you just went to ANY bank. Nope, I don't have an account there so they wouldn't do it. "Bank policy" he said. Not a great way to treat a potential new customer. Citizens Bank welcomed my $20 no questions asked.

  Outraged that Westfield Bank sponsors the cruel and inhumane camel act at the Big E!! If this continues, I’m left with no choice but to pull my many accounts and bring my business elsewhere!!
