  The gentleman who answers the phone is lovely and helpful but I needed to talk to a manager. Who would not get on the phone! Called customer service number and again the line staff was excellent. Still unable to assist in a timely manner. Perhaps the management team at this huge company should be held to the same standards that they teach their line staff. I have been attempting to get verification documents for THREE MONTHS and today they told me another 7 days. Really. Glad this is not my personal bank. By the way the tag line on the customer service line says "Americas most convenient bank"!

  Most friendly bank I have ever been to! All the tellers were busy when I first arrived and I was still greeted by a banker and another teller said they’d be right with me. My deposit went smoothly with Marissa and now I look forward to stopping by. They have dog treats and lollipops too!

  Friendly service. Convenient parking. Free checking with direct deposit. They have an automatic coin counting machine. You drop your coins in and it gives you a receipt which you can take to the teller. Non-customers can use it too for a fee.

  The man that fixes the atm machines there is highly unprofessional and continued to harass me when I asked him to leave me alone. I will never come to this bank again!

  The people who work in tD bank north are awesome, but this is the second time i have plenty of funds in my account and my card gets declined while shopping. Check my atm and of course there's plenty in my checking. Then a bunch of td bank customer also joined me at the bank atm with the same issue. I'm cancelling my account ASAP
