  I go here at least once a week. I've never had a problem. Jeff always goes out of his way to help me and my friends whenever needed. Their mobile app works very well for me and I'm able to transfer my money in just a few minutes. I recommend KeyBank to anyone looking for anyone looking for a great bank!

  I open my checking earlier in Southwick branch and they closed the branch last couple of years so I started to bank with Westfield Branch. One day I was told there was a $25 promotion giving away if I open up a savings account. However the account was opened 6 month already and recently I realized there is not $25 credited added to my account. I called back the branch yesterday was told someone will reach out to me today so no one called. I called again was told they are waiting to hear back from the Backoffice.

  Key Bank and its current staff have been nothing but stellar. Past reviews seem to reflect another bank or perhaps different management. I personally worked with Shannon and would have to reccomend you do the same, if looking to change banks.

  This bank is a scam Daniel Taylor is a slim ball, every word out of his mouth was lie! The bank has tons of hidding fees.. they do what they can to fool you... the biggest scam was they do not charge the atm fees till the end of the month. Than they charge you to send you junk mail.. I've had this account for a month and it's been nothing but a headache

  Absolutely worst bank out there. The atm is always down. It took my cash and card then told me they have no control over the Atm that I would have to file a dispute. They charge for everything including a bank statement. Keep away from this bank!

  I had to give 1 star just to write a review. The branch in ludlow the worst and the customer service is horrible. I do NOT bank here i used the atm that is attached to the branch and this atm is always broken or need service . This time i used the atm and it took my card all together and there was nothing anyone could do and it was the night before the big storm here in mass. I could not prepare myself for the storm thanks to KEY BANK

  Be very careful with this bank. Not only will you get charged an atm fee from whatever atm you use but they will also take money from you if you use another banks atm. I just lost over $25 since Friday. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.

  I don’t have a account with your bank. Thank God I don’t. Most rudest employees ever. People please don’t do business with this bank. Very rude employees.
