  I was very nervous about Westfield Bank buying Chicopee Savings. CSB had always felt like a small home-town bank with people you got to know. I have been pleasantly surprised. I did experience a glitch with my ATM during the initial switch; but it was my fault - I did not read the information mailed to that said DO NOT get rid of your CSB ATM until after a certain date. I thought, hey the new one is here, I guess I use that now. Since then, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the banks I have been to - and I have been to several branches. I've even chosen Westfield for my new home mortgage and that experience was top notch. I feel confident recommending this bank.

  Westfield Bank bought Chicopee Savings. I used to have an acct with Chicopee Savings but it was auto closed from lack of activity in 2015 (I was in the hospital btw and couldn’t even spell my name) Now, in 2020, i’m trying to open my first acct WITH ANOTHER BANK, and they won’t let me because some 3rd party company “ChkSystems” said I owed $134 to westfield bank. I paid the $134, with a check from the post office, paid extra for priority mail, and tracking. I KNOW they got the money, yet almost a full month later, I still can’t open an account at a completely different bank because someone dropped the ball with clearing the check systems problem. To top that off, I sat down with a branch manager from a separate bank to try and help me through this. She called This location (Westfield Bank on Center St), asked for the manager, and was hung up on. Twice. On speaker phone This branch sucks 🖕🤬🖕

  They have closed their lobby and it's appointment only. The drive through is the slowest I've ever seen. 7+ cars in line all day everyday. Only 1 employee there at any time. Be prepared to WAIT.......and then wait some more yo get access to my money.

  I had an awful experience using Westfield Bank as a long time customer. I'll never be returning. Closing my account, there are no benefits to sticking with this POS bank anyway.

  This place is ridiculous!!! I suggest not to waste your time with this bank, start somewhere else or move what business you have. They are not looking out for your best interest.
