  I always have great experiences with Phillips Insurance. Kayla is an amazing representative who is incredibly quick to respond, always there when we need her, and proactive to make sure everything is up to date and worry free. They are a great asset to our business, and many of our personal lines as well. Kayla goes above and beyond to make sure we get competitive rates and always makes sure we are happy with their service. Joe Phillips also often checks in to stay on top of our business needs and maintains knowledge of our operations to make sure we are getting the correct services. I would highly recommend Phillips to anyone looking for business or personal insurance!

  The personal lines account managers have demonstrated professionalism and are extremely responsive to my inquiries. Phillips was able to save me money with the same coverages when I switched from my previous provider and also handled a claim in 2020 which saved me the time and effort of dealing with the insurance company myself. I credit the team for their timely responses which have helped avoid delays that I've experienced with other agencies in the past.

  I had the pleasure of working with Rose when setting up my first car insurance policy. I had no idea what I was doing of course, but Rose was able to help me with each step and explain to me what each part of the policy was and helped me to get an affordable policy. This was greatly appreciated as I was very new to everything and naturally had a lot of questions along the way and one of the best parts was that the whole process didn't even take that long and I was able to have my car registered and insured and on the road quickly. I would recommend this business to friends and family and those who are young and new to purchasing an insurance policy.

  Our company has been doing business with Phillips Insurance for well over a decade; health, dental, disability, inland marine, all of the insurances! We are a very small company but are always treated like we're a big deal. I bombard them with an inordinate amount of questions (insurance can be wicked complicated), and always receive a swift and thorough response and not a hint that I am being a pain with my relentless queries (I am totally a pain). Highly recommended.
