  Overall a great experience! From walking in without an appointment, the staffs I interacted with were all friendly, approachable, and professional. Greeting me after I walked in there for the first time looking lost and figuring out what I needed and pointing me in the right direction. Once I reached the area I needed to be in, thankfully I did not have to wait long to be seen and taken care of. I walked in and out quickly with what I needed to be completed!

  I have been going here for while now and know most of the tellers here and this new Manager Alicia comes and changes rules up and has bad customer service and no respect. Was in drive through mic was still on and heard her talking about my past out loud with other employees and customers inside saying personal things about me. So embarrassing and disrespectful Closing my account Monday…….

  Best bank around!! I have dealt with many many banks and TD has been the best by far! Meghan and Dahlia and their staff are the most professional. They make my transactions easy! Every request is handled with a smile and the utmost professionalism. Thank you!!

  Blondie needs more customer service training and got red in the face after telling her about herself in the bank! Megan is rude and intrusive, bad personality for working at a bank . Will not be back to this location, one of the worst TD bank locations.

  Extremely disrespectful and rude clerks. This place needs some management and customer service skills. Jacob who I believe is the manager was extremely vulgar and had a horrible attitude for no absolute reason and I’m in the customer service industry myself so I’m very polite and never rude when I go to other businesses therefore it did not start with me as I was very respectful and professional even after the fact. I highly advice higher ups to visit this place and make some changes with their employees since they are very disrespectful and hurting the business.The other reviews left by your customers proves my point.

  Best bank ever! The staff is amazing and always friendly. Also, love that they greet myself and my boyfriend by our names :)

  This is absolutely the best bank ever!!! I can not stress enough how much I love this bank, their easy access, the bank’s policies, the many ways this bank helps you & I wouldn’t “DREAM OF GOING TO ANY OTHER BANK EXCEPT TD BANK FOR MY BANKING NEEDS!” Period!!! The West Springfield and Westfield, MA BRANCHES ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! From the very top position to the tellers’s desks, “EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE OF TD BANK, at both of these locations care! You can not “train” an employee to care! These employees of TD Bank”care” and your business is important to them! Remember that fact when you are choosing a bank because you need to choose a bank that only takes care of your needs but moreover “CARES ABOUT YOU!” These two banks in particular do! I have gone to the West Spfld., Ma location in particular with many concerns, needing help for my mom, who banked here too, before her recent sad passing! They were always enthusiastic, answered my mother’s questions, never growing impatient or rushing her! What company, never mind bank does “THAT” nowadays! The Bank President there is amazing along with every single employee! They all recognize me, call me by name and answer my questions! The Westfield, Ma TD Bank knows me and also calls me by name! Both banks are a testament to how great a bank can run when you have the right employees representing your company! They also have a convenient number to call to get a balance, check out questions on your acct or to talk with a “REAL PERSON”( yes, TD Bank has real employees to talk to if you have further questions, unlike so many other banks, nowadays!) if you need to! Looking for a excellent bank that you will remain with your whole life through, a bank that cares, answers your needs, is there for you 24/7 and “ACTUALLY WANTS YOUR BUSINESS???” Hey everyone! “”TD BANK IS IT!” You need to look no further! I absolutely love this bank and so does my husband and family!

  Worst bank ever. Rude people. Never want to go back. I waited 1 hour for them just to be rude. I’m not even close to the window. All of this just to deposits some money. Step it up or get better employees.

  Spend 2.5 hrs in the drive through line. Thought one of the tellers would at least come outside take your info to help speed up the process. Absolutely ridiculous.
