      I'm so excited, I got my vehicle refinanced today through my bank instead of Western Vista! This might be the happiest day of my life! I have never been so frustrated with customer service. Let me repeat... awful, awful customer service at Western Vista. Don't waste your time! I can't even begin to explain my experiences. They have sent me wrong documents, LOST multiple documents and treated me like a criminal for a missed charge of $16. They sent me on a wild goose chase to find a sister credit union in Colorado so they could get their money...it was a nightmare...can't even remember how many credit unions I went to before I was successful. They don't even know which credit unions will work with them?!? Long story short, I found out they were pulling money from an account that wasn't meant to pulled from. I have no words...just go elsewhere!

      I have been banking at Western Vista for 30 years. This place has hit rock bottom for customer service in the last couple years. They are rude and absolutely do not care if you have been a loyal customer for a long time. Nathan told me there are plenty of other banks that would love my business, so I am closing my account and going elsewhere. Beware of this place if you are considering joining.

      I setup an auto payment for my vehicle loan through their Android app for a specific day to coincide with my paycheck deposit. They pulled my payment a DAY BEFORE the date I had selected leaving me with an NSF and a lovely 32 dollar fee on top of it for THEIR mistake. Steer clear of this place. If they can't read a calendar how is anyone to trust them with your hard earned income. Their loan rates are honestly not that great and customer service might as well be contracted out to a call center somewhere in Bangladesh because you'd be getting the same overall experience. I'd rate this credit union ZERO STARS if I could. Laughable at best highly frustrating at worst.

      I just read some reviews and I cannot help myself. I do not want to argue with anyone one... Please know, I have never been in Wyoming, I live 1300 miles away in Louisiana. I just love Western Vista Credit Union. An exceptional service. Any questions that I may have I get the answer right the way... My favorite person is Ms. Amber... I am sure they are more... Thank you for your outstanding service...

      Useless. Hours are all over the place and what one branch does you can't count on the one down the road doing. One closes at 5, another at 6, drive thru hours aren't posted. Got a paper check? Hope it isn't too much otherwise you can't deposit it. What's that? Only paid once a month and it's a paper check? Sucks to be you. Taking my money elsewhere.

      I have been with Western Vista for over 30 years. My account was hacked and they said it was all me and I will not get any of my money back. Going to close my account after 30 years and go else where. They were very rude about it all and no help what so ever more or less sorry too bad we can’t help you

      Terrible customer service! I have been a customer since they were located off 2nd street in Casper, over 20 years! I have paid several loans off to them. I then go to use their services, and was treated terrible. Marshal was the supervisor on shirt, terrible customer service from him as well. If you’re looking for ignorance, great place to go!

      Mothers bank account was hacked lost everything in the account. They wont reimburse her because they say she was on a gambling website which not true.
