  They are great at giving a lower interest rate and getting your loan taken care of but making payments seems to be a hassle if you don't have an account with them. I have to go make the payment in person or pay $10 to make a payment by phone. I have been trying for 3 days to make a payment by phone but keep being directed to their voicemail. They don't have an option to wait, you leave a voicemail or call back. I had to call a different branch to make my loan payment.

  Excellent customer service, I have two loans with them and have had zero issues. Chris and the staff is very prompt on getting back with me, they were so helpful and quick I switched to them after doing all my loans with the same bank since I was 18. Highly recommended!

  Awesome place to do business with. The have always been quick and easy for the several loans I have with them. They always give me a great interest rate and a good term for the loan. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

  My husband an I needed to pay off some medical bills so we went here to refinance our truck an it was such a breeze with Kayla as our go to girl! She made the process so easy an hassle free, her friendliness was a welcome change to most financial institutions. I would recommend coming here for any of your banking needs, if at all possible, ask for Kayla, you won’t be disappointed!

  My son was trying to purchase a automobile. He had tried a couple of different places with no success. I said we should try Western Sun on hwy 20. I’m so glad we did, with Kayla helping with process. Chris was exceptionally helpful and gave us the unexpected surprise of approving us for the loan we were seeking. Thanks again .... you all are awesome !!!!!!

  We have had nothing but problems everytime we have to go into the Owasso branch. They can't seem to keep staff and there is always confusion. We go in to put money into our savings and they end up paying 1 of the 3 loans that's already set up on auto draft and has been since setting up the loan. Who knew they got to choose what they want to pay with your money on your accounts when they want? It started when I refinanced my previous car with them, when I went to sell that car they forgot to release the previous lien on it and I was told I was lucky they could fix it that day that the new buyer was there to do the paperwork. Then we went to combine our accounts when we got married and the paperwork we filled out never got filed and we had to fill it out again, turns out the original paperwork we filled out wasnt even the right paperwork. And when you say anything all you get is finger pointing and excuses. The male manager will just tell you, oh you aren't the first one that's had this problem. That employee messed up a lot but shes not here anymore. We will be moving our accounts as soon as the holidays are over! It's my money that I'm trusting them with and they can't even follow instructions to get it where you want it

When the manager Chris is out at another branch, his staff handles every process without missing a beat.
