  This location is lacking in customer service! I sat in the drive thru forever waiting only to have a man pop on the screen and say “it’s gon be a while” and go away. Then the clerk that helped me asked me for my debit PIN over the speaker. Really unprofessional in my opinion. I’ve never been here before and probably won’t be back to this location.

  Very shady bank . Used their atm and it didn't give me my card back or money . Went inside they said too bad for me . Called my bank and they said my account was good there Atms are bad . Not banking here.

  Tried to go start a new account for my daughter. Guess they don’t want new customers. And it takes about 7 minutes to get somebody to answer a phone Just to tell me they have no plans to open the lobby anytime soon. Don’t waste your time in person or by phone.

  As I’m writing this post I am sitting in the drive-through I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for approximately 30 minutes there are three cars ahead of me and it’s just ridiculous
