  They keep calling my number even though I never opened an account with them. They keep calling looking for someone else and when I inform them that's not me or do I know how to contact that person They still feel the need to call me over 15+ times. The girl on the phone is very rude.

  Made the mistake of accepting an unsolicited loan for Christmas. I guess I should have called and asked more questions. I accepted the loan December 29th, my first payment cannot be made by phone with a card without charging a $3.14 fee. I asked if I could pay check by phone and she stated they don't have that capability. Do you have a way for me to pay online? Nope. Let that sink in. Unprofessional.

  Kerry and Kristen were so very professional and went above and beyond to help us. I was getting turned away for a loan that was desperately needed. They genuinely want to help people. I would recommend them 100 percent. They are wonderful and I'm so glad we found them

  Sometimes you might need a little help especially during this pandemic. The ladies at Shamrock are very nice and professional. They work hard to provide your financial needs, and they also have appliances and other items you might need or want and can’t afford to purchase all at once. Great experience.

  Barbara is awesome! I originally came in about 8 years ago and they helped me out when nobody else would. I got approved in about 30 minutes. I have been back ever since. They report to my credit every month. I highly recommend checking them out!!!

  Obviously, it takes something unexpected to happen for most of us to turn to small loan companies. The ladies at Western Shamrock in Moore were very considerate and helpful when I applied for a loan and have continued to be so since day one. Barbara is super sweet, professional, and friendly. They have been very helpful during Covid, allowing me to make payments by phone. Also, on multiple occasions, they have called just to thank me for being a customer. Of course, most people never want to be in a position to need a loan, but if/when you are in that position, I very highly recommend WS in Moore!
