  I only gave them three stars, the only reason is I haven't done much or dealt with them alot. They were very honest about pricing of land though and was very nice to talk to. I have alot of respect for that. I will most likely come back and update this post in the future.

  I was looking for information on the area, sent an email and text and then was accused of working for an illegitimate company AND sending out chain mails. Jon was incredibly rude, even after advising I was texting from my personal cell phone and was welcome to call me. If they are receiving and responding to texts and emails in this way, I'm grateful that I would never be using them as a broker.

  Updated 2/12/2021 Updating review on company with further interactions. Monty and Treaven were good to work with and the buying experience was good. No surprises and closing went well. I hope to meet Jon someday and work out our difference. Prior Review Not sure what Jon's issue was, but he was not helpful in the least when trying to get some information on a property I was interested in looking at. He would not listen to my question and rudely interrupted me when trying to ask a simple question about property location. They were responsive, so two star review as not all bad.

  I phoned to schedule an appointment to look at some property and spoke with Gerald. He literally told me that I was wasting his time because I had two other properties I was looking at the same day I asked to schedule with him. He told me he finds when people have more than two properties they are looking at in one day, its a waste of his time. I told him how unprofessional that was of him to say, I apologized for wasting his time and let him know he would not get my business. Such a hateful, negative thing to tell someone (in general) who wants to purchase a property you are representing/the Broker of. Gerald, you are not a good face to your company. Please be more patient and compassionate with others, if you get more business. If I knew the name of the person selling the property I wanted to purchase, I would call them and let them know EXACTLY why this property hasn't sold. I would call another company or look elsewhere if you are trying to purchase a property they have listed. I would hate for someone like myself to feel as though they are a waste of time!

  Jenny I'm very sorry that you had such a poor experience in your dealing with me. I've been in the real estate business for 43 years, and you don't last in the business long if you don't take good care of your clients. I don't specifically remember my contact or conversation with you, however it sounds like I didn't handle it very well. Sometimes when we get late calls on the weekend or the busy part of the summer and we already are totally booked up time wise, we just aren't able to accommodate everyone, as sometimes we spend half a day showing properties to one party. Then when we are really busy we do have to make a judgement call as to who and how many people we can spend time with, especially on a busy summer Saturday. Usually we are able to accommodate people who call and give us the time to set an appointment with them. Again I'm sorry if I offended anyone when they wanted to look at our properties.   Gerald and Jon have been fantastic to work with over the years. I have used Western land for the purchase and sale of several properties since 2014. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty on a few occasions, even smoothing out some ruffled feathers with some neighbors of my Fruitland properties. They have relationships here that go back several decades. Trust me... in Duchesne County, you need this experienced team!

  This firm is amazing. Jon is a great guy and is very knowledgeable about all things Duschene county. The staff is very nice and helpful. Jon answered all my questions immediately and with patience for someone who is not very land savvy. The fact is if you ever want to purchase property in Duschene county you should call Western Land Realty, inc.

  In our experience with Western Land Realty, we have nothing but great things to say! Jon is very knowledgeable and a hard worker! He really works to get a win-win outcome for all parties involved in a transaction. We wouldn't use any other realtor in the Duchesne area!
