  I just got off the phone with customer service and BTW- YOU GUYS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Where you get off talking to customers in such a condescending tone????. Customers are the engine that drives the rise or fall of any company, whether large or small. I would never in a million years recommend WF.

  This company is a scam!!!!! Don’t waste no more money to them for a car payment!!!! The dealer I got my car from is permanently closed which is called franks auto sale that’s located in Chicago Heights they where pocketing people money of why they put down for they car I put $3,900 towards paying off my my car my balance still shows 5,000 I gave them cash up front my car should me don’t payed off there are a scam!!!! Take them to court!!!!!!!

  Incompetent mouth breathers or straight up liars? I got a loan for my first car a little over a year ago to build my credit score. Now I need to get a new one and come to find they haven't been reporting it to any credit union, despite the fact that when I called about it they said "There was no error on their part." Because they go through all 3 major credit unions even though they very so clearly don't. Don't trust these people. I bet they operate out of a sketchy shed that's not even in Las Vegas, but rather in a somehow dirtier and hotter town like an hour south of Vegas and they don't even go to the strip or anything cool because their too broke and busy running their sketchy funding company. The online payment service was pretty good though.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! One star is a tad bit to much credit, I paid my truck note and signed a extension form to defer a month. Guess what, my damn truck was repossessed. Very rude customer service, very unprofessional, unorganized, I did most of my correspondence via email for this very reason. Every single time I call. I'm transferred to like 5 different people (according to them another department is handling my account". Stay away from this finance company. If you could, see if you can get financing through your credit union, interest rate is cheaper, payments cheaper, duration of loan is a shorter amount of time as well. Hell, I would've brought the truck to you.... Repoed after I turned in all documents to avoid this situation. Truck Payment is due on the 20th and I was repoed on the 19th. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've made several attempts to reach management, was unsuccessful with doing so. Everyone that an sewers the phone is rude, have attitudes, very unpleasant experience dealing with this company. I even requested a early payoff quote, I have yet to get it. I really regret doing business with this company. Update: I have never seen a company so unprofessional: How can you charge someone to get their possessions out of a car you wrongfully Repo.. A 55.00 charge for me to get my own personal possessions. I'm extremely pissed!

  I would give them no stars if I could. They want your money but if your Visa get compromised and you have to use American Express they can't accept it so you have to pay a minimum of $10 to ensure your bill is paid on time (in Colorado I am exempt from the normal $13 card fee). They DO NOT care about their customers!!! All they want is your hard earned money. You pay interest on your loan, make every payment on time and they can't even waive a convenience fee when your debit card has to be switched and you only have one other card to use. They basically want a blood sample every time you call to make a payment. They are ruder than anyone else I have ever dealt with (I deal with screaming customers on a daily). I thought about going through them again since I am positive they would finance me again but after the phone call today with nothing but rudeness I WILL NOT make the mistake of financing another vehicle through them. My loan will be paid in full in October and I cannot wait to be done with them.

  Never answers. When they do they swear you never called. Still haven't got all my information right even though I've updated it a thousand times. They took people off my emergency contact list WITHOUT my permission. Says they have my number but never call. Says they email me but I never receive emails either. And instead of calling me for information, they call my emergency contacts and gives information I haven't approved of. Worst company I've dealt with. Disappointed.

  Worst company ever they will finance you for a car loan, however your payment ever month is applied only to interest you will be stuck with the car forever because when you try to trade it in everyone will inform you that you are upside down on your loan. Never let this company finance you now I got a new car however since I could trade it in I have a repo on my credit report

  Do not use them to finance cars if you are a CAR DEALERSHIP. Your customers and you will be highly upset since they don't fund deals, respond to texts, phone calls, or emails. Management is horrible at this company.
